FIRESTORM ran off, and waited until they were behind a wall safely before they split up.
Jax quickly ran off to the power cell, opening it while trying to hot wire it. Not even remotely worried about Grey, who was trying to avoid being shot at. "Grey, we got power." But Jax had to immediately duck down when he was getting shot at. He ran off, ducking for cover while a small car drove by, Nazis soldiers shooting at him.
Meanwhile, Mon-El had punched down a guard, when a group of guards began shooting at him. But before a single bullet shot him, SF jumped down right in front of him, the bullets bouncing right off of her. "Woah. You really are a SuperMeta."
SF smiled at the thought. "Thanks."
The two then ran off for cover, well SF covering Mon so he wouldn't get shot when they heard Jax yell, "I'm pinned down!"
Taking a leap of faith, Professor Stein immediately began to run across the room, heading towards the lever. But mid run, he suddenly gasped, freezing in place.
SF gasped in utter shock seeing Professor Stein hit the floor, a Nazis soldier right behind him, having just shot him. Mon pulled her down with him, not wanting her to do anything stupid.
"GREY! NO!"
Shots continued to fly past everyone, while Professor Stein was on the ground dying. "Grey's hit!" Jax yelled, and SF looked over at him for a moment, her eyebrows furrowed up. "We got to get him out of there!"
Before anything else could happen, SF zoomed over to Professor Stein, bending down over him, checking to see if he was alright, though she knew he wasn't. But when she did, Mon-El grumbled in annoyance. "Emma!"
"Professor Stein?" SF asked, covering him from any other shots, the shots just bouncing off of her. "You're gonna be alright, okay?"
"I...highly doubt that," Professor Stein muttered and her breath hitched up.
"Where's Barry when you need him?" Sara asked as she and Alex started shooting Nazis.
"Just tying up some loose ends."
"He's almost at the breach hangar."
"If we don't stop him, he's gonna blow up our only ticket home."
"Not to mention us," Sara said into comms as she and Alex hid behind some crates.
SF suddenly looked back, everything around her slowing down, just to see a load of Nazis starting to fire at them, so just as quickly as she looked back, she went into action. She hovered over Professor Stein, holding out her cape to protect them both.
Meanwhile, The Green Arrow and Citizen Cold hid behind some crates, staring at all the gunmen shooting at everyone. "A little help with that, please." And just like that Citizen Cold blasted at the Nazis, freezing some of them.
But when she was trying to protect the Professor, SF was confronted by Nazis. She snapped around, to realize she was completely surrounded, out of the way to protect the Professor.
But it wasn't until she knocked the last one down, or when she heard Jax practically scream, "Grey! Stand down! Grey!", when she knew something worse had happened. She turned around to find that Professor Stein was up on his feet, blood soaking his clothes, inches from pulling down the lever, when he got shot again.
SF gasped before she zoomed back over to him, catching him in her arms, not caring about the blood already on her. "I got you. I got you." With him still in her arms, SF looked over to see the lever was still not pulled. So she reached for it.
But when she pulled it, something worse happened.
Mon-El gasped, trying to keep himself from yelling, when he saw a Nazi shoot SF. A special kind of bullet. One that can only hurt one kind of species: a SuperMeta.
"Emma!"
SF gasped, feeling the bullet hit her, feeling the burning sensation fill her entire body, blue and green veins covering her pretty skin. She and Professor Stein dropped to the ground, both of them gasping for breath.
"Fall back! Fall back!" But before the Nazis could make their escape, they were met with Mon-El. A large flash of fire started up behind them, and without hesitation, Mon-El pushed them into it.
Then the breach opened up.
"They opened the breach," Alex said as Mon ran up to Emma while Jax to Professor Stein.
"Let's go," Sara said, all of them running up to Professor Stein and Emma.
"Emma?" Mon asked, hovering over her, and she could barely even talk. She'd never felt so much pain before. She didn't think she could be in so much pain. "It's okay. I got you." Mon picked her up, holding her bridal style.
"Barry, the beach is open. Where are you?" Green Arrow asked.
"We got to take him out now."
"I have an idea. Throw another lightning bolt."
"We already tried that."
"Just do it......Now!"
"Barry, we need you to hurry up. Emma and Stein's hurt," Sara said into comms, as she hurried to her friends side.
"We're on the move."
"He's alive, but his condition is critical," Alex told Sara before looking at Mon. "And Emma will be fine. She just needs that bullet out and a yellow sun lamp."
"We better hurry. I think she just passed out," Mon said, worry in his tone.
"All right, Gideon will fix them both," Sara said and Alex looked back at her.
"No, it's too dangerous to move him," she said.
"Not if he's Firestorm," Sara said before looking at Jax, who nodded.
He looked at Grey, who was on the edge of passing out from the pain. "Grey! Grey. Grey, come on." Professor Stein snapped awake, and looked at Jax.
The two clashed hands, and just like that, they turned into FIRESTORM. Then the heroes began to head towards the red breach, that led them straight for their home. "Thanks for your help."
"We're not done helping yet. Our enemies are still on your Earth, Ollie," Citizen Cold said.
"Don't call me that," Green Arrow said before he walked past him.
"Give it time, I'll get through that crusty exterior," Citizen Cold said with Sara nearby.
"No, you really won't," Sara said.
"I was talking to you," Citizen Cold said and Sara gave him an odd look before they all walked through the portal, including The Flash and The Ray.
Earth-1
Once again, Kara slowly woke up to find herself in the med bay of STAR Labs. Red sun lamps surrounding her, next to her a comatose Overgirl, and Oliver-X with her. She slightly glanced back to see Iris and Felicity, being forced to watch behind the clear glass. "This next sound..." Kara turned back to in front of her to find Thawne hovering over her, with a scalpel in hand. "Metal through a bone, that's my favorite." He then leaned in closer to her, causing her to look away uncomfortably. "You should probably close your eyes. This will all be over in a minute." Thawne began to place the scalpel on her skin, her squirming around, scared what was going to happen.
She couldn't even remember the last thing she said to Barry.
But everytime Thawne tried to place the scalpel on her skin, it was pushed back by some kind of force. "What are you waiting for? Do it."
"I'm trying. I'm trying but-"
"Mitts off, Mengele!"
Suddenly, the Atom sized up from standing on Kara's chest, and punched Thawne. He then blasted him into the next room. And when Oliver-X tried to fight him, the Atom did the same thing.
He chuckled to himself before walking over to Kara, pulling the restraints off of her, to find her staring at him confused. "Ray?"
"Hi, how are you?" He asked as Felicity and Iris walked up to them. "Oh, I got your SOS. How was the wedding?" Kara sighed before laying back down frustrated.

The four walked down the hallways, The Atom holding up a weakened Kara, trying to get out before they got caught again. "All right, don't worry. The rest of the Legends are here and we're busting everybody out."
"Wait, we need someone to lock the time vault," Felicity said.
"I got it. You guys get Kara out of here," Iris said.
"Be careful," Kara told her and she nodded before waking off.
"Look, I know I'm late to the party, but why has Nazi doppelgängers taken over STAR Labs?" The Atom asked.
"They're from Earth-X. They hate everybody. They want to steal Kara's heart, and they have this giant robot," Felicity explained.
"Oh, I've actually fought one of those before," The Atom said as Felicity saw a Nazi heading their way from behind. "Little known fact the suit doesn't just shrink-"
"Ray!"
The Atom quickly turned back, his arm enlarging itself, smashing the Nazi against the wall. "It embiggens."

Meanwhile in the Particle Accelerator, still bored was Wild Dog, Black Canary, Mr. Terrific, Caitlin, Vibe, Harry, Spider-Man, and Mick. "Attention all prisoners: Great news. The cavalry has arrived."
"About time," Rene muttered in annoyance.
"I knew I could count on you, Pretty," Mick said, recognizing the voice over the comms. "Did you bring beers?"
"Better yet, an army," Rene said.
But when the pipeline opened, everyone inside saw a man that went by the name Steel aka Nate Heywood. "Who needs an army when you got Legends?"

A breach opened in the hallway, and walking out from it was Leo, The Ray, Green Arrow, Alex, The Flash, FIRESTORM and Sara. Mon-El and Emma weren't a part of this because as soon as they could, Sara transported the two to the Waverider so Gideon could help Emma. "So this is Earth-1? Cute."
"We need to find Kara, now," Flash said.
"Then we need to split up," Green Arrow said.

Standing around in the Speed Lab was Nate, Mick, Peter, Dinah, Rene, Caitlin and Cisco. "I got Supergirl."
"I got Group B."
Then two women walked in, Zari Tomaz and Vixen aka Amaya Jiwe. "You're late," Mick told them annoyed.
"Ah, don't mind him. He's just pissy cause he came out of a steel box," Dinah said.
"Actually, he's always like this," Amaya said.
But then Metallo jumped out from the Speed Lab course, landing in front of all the heroes. "What the hell?"

Felicity and The Atom helped a weakened Kara into the breach room, almost to the Waverider. "How much further, Ray?" "Waverider's on the roof," The Atom said.
"How do you two know each other again?" Kara asked, the memory lost to her.
"We used to date."
"We used to date."
"Oh, that's...right. Awkward," Kara said as they all stepped down the steps.
"Oliver got the girl, I got a life of adventure on a time-traveling spaceship-" But then The Atom got hit by a arrow, hitting him right in the electric fryer, causing the Atom to pass out from an overcharge.
Felicity and Kara gasped before turning around to find Oliver-X, pointing an arrow at them, in which Felicity quickly stood in front of Kara. "Step away from her."
"There's no way. My grandparents didn't survive the Holocaust so the world could be ruled by Nazis so if you want Kara, you got to go through me. And even if you do, you're not gonna win. Cause we will not back down. We will keep fighting. So get the hell off our Earth while you still can," Felicity ordered.
"Hm. As final words go, those weren't bad," Oliver-X said, about to release his arrow.
"Lower your weapon," Oliver-X looked over to see The Green Arrow standing at the entrance of the room, holding Kara-X, an arrow to her throat. "Or I'll kill her."

In the Speed Lab, Metallo continued to blast Kryptonite at the heroes, all of them trying to not get hit. Including Dinah and Cisco, who hid behind a crate. "This guy's like the Terminator." Dinah immediately looked back at Cisco, when he started laughing his ass off. "Why are you laughing?!"
"I just love a good pop culture reference in a moment of crisis," Cisco said before looked to the side. "Also, that!" Dinah looked to see that The Ray and FIRESTORM had flew in, ready to fight Metallo as well. "Let's kick some ass!"
Spider-Man, Killer Frost, Vibe, Black Canary, The Ray, FIRESTORM, Wild Dog, Zari, Vixen, and Mick all began to fire at Metallo with everything they had. Fire, ice, sun rays, webs, vibration, animal spirits, wind power. And in the end, all was left was Metallo's robotic head.

Back in the Breach Room, Oliver-X's arrow still pointed at Felicity and Kara, while Green Arrow's was at Kara-X's neck. "Her neck doesn't seem invulnerable so I will say again. Lower your weapon."
"Don't listen to him. Just shoot her," Kara-X calmly said.
"No!" Green Arrow yelled. "No. I can save your wife's life."
"There's only one way to save me," Kara-X said.
"We have friends at STAR Labs. There are ways to do this without hurting Kara," Green Arrow assured.
"He's lying. Do it for the Fatherland, just kill her!" Kara-X yelled.
But right before Oliver-X could let go of his string, Thawne zoomed in and zoomed him and Kara-X out of there. The Atom stood up, yanking the arrow out from his suit, while Kara sighed of relief. "I thought that jerk was supposed to be dead."
"Yeah, me too," Kara muttered as Felicity ran into Green Arrow's arms.
"Hey, hey," he muttered.
"Hi. I am so sorry," Felicity said.
"It's okay. It's okay — You're safe. You're safe," Green Arrow assured.
"Oh, I shouldn't have said what I said. What if it was the last thing we ever said to each other?" Felicity asked.
"It doesn't matter. Nothing matters except that I love you. Okay? I don't need anything else. I don't need to get married. I just...I just want to be with you," Green Arrow told her and she nodded before the two passionately kissed.
Kara smiled at the two, all she wanted now was to be reunited with Barry, and never dare let anyone take her away from him again.
Waverider
As the ship flew off with everyone inside, FIRESTORM flew into the med bay, just to separate when Jax could get Professor Stein in a chair. "Gideon, fix him!"
Caitlin and Mick walked in as well, seeing Professor Stein's status on the screens. "His pressure's dropping. We have to stanch the bleeding."
"Right away, Dr. Snow."
"Where's SF?" Caitlin asked.
"She's recovered. I believe she went looking for Mr. Parker."
But before Caitlin could respond, Mick saw how worried Jax looked. "Jax, relax. Professor's going to be fine. He's a tough bastard."
Jax nodded before he started to walk off as Nate walked in, just for Jax to fall into Nate's arms, choking on blood. "Jackson's hit." Nate placed Jax on the other chair as Mick and Caitlin looked at him. "I can't find an entry wound."
"Look at their vitals," Caitlin said, noticing the scans. "It must be because of their connection."
"What the hell does that mean?" Mick asked.
"Even though Jax isn't injured, their life functions must still be linked somehow," Caitlin explained.
"Well, how do we unlink them?" Nate asked.
"We can't. Their connection's the only thing keeping the Professor alive," Caitlin told them.

Standing in the halls of the ship, SF just looked down at her hands, most of her skin full of dried blood of Professor Stein. But she was shaking. She would close her eyes and it all repeated itself.
Professor Stein getting shot, SF trying to help him, herself getting shot, by a bullet specifically to take her species down.
She opened her eyes, and placed a hand where she got shot, her own dried blood on her suit. The whole thing traumatizing.
"Emma?"
She looked up to find Peter, still in his suit without his helmet on. They both looked relieved as their blue and brown eyes clashed. "Peter-"
But not a second more, Peter engulfed himself in her warmth, placing a fearful kiss on her lips. "When I heard you got shot, I didn't know what to think—"
"I'm okay now. I promise."

A worried Barry, still in his Flash suit without the cowl on, ran into the bridge of the ship to find a frantic Kara in her Supergirl suit once again. His worried expression slowly turned into painful relief. "Kara-"
Kara looked his way, her blue eyes clashing with his green ones, relief filling her body, from the fear of the thought she'd never see him again. "Barry."
The two ran towards each other, smashing their lips into each other, then hugging each other tightly. "I thought I lost you."
"I feel like we keep saying that," Kara muttered and Barry laughed. But it slowly faded.
"Are you okay?"
"I can't even answer that right now. We should be on our honeymoon," Kara said.
"We should be on a beach, drinking mai tais out of coconuts," Barry said and Kara smiled. "Instead we're on a space ship, looking for our friend's evil doppelgänger. And yours."
"We should've just eloped," Kara muttered and Barry laughed.
"Kara?!"
Their hug broke when Alex ran into the room, and the sisters reunited once more. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah. Yeah," Kara assured.
"I can't believe they almost-"
"I know. I know," Kara said.
"I thought I lost you," Alex said and Barry smiled.
"Me too," Kara said before the sisters hugged once more.

Down in the storage room, Mon-El sat on the stairs, thinking to himself, some of Emma's blood on his sleeve, but it didn't matter. "Mon-El?" He slowly turned back around to find Iris found herself back to him. He smiled before getting up, and the two hugged, despite everything.
"Are you okay?" Mon asked and Iris nodded.
"I am now," she whispered, which just made him hug her tighter.
