it's just another night, and i'm staring at the moon
i saw a shooting star and thought of you

i sang a lullaby by the waterside and knew
if you were here, i'd sing to you
far from the tree
you're on the other side
as the skyline splits in two

Walking into an opening at the location, the Green Arrow kept his ground, reaching for a arrow when he was caught by a group of Nazis. He was about to fight them when a red blur zoomed by him and fought them all off. Arrow looked at Flash annoyed as Alex, Mon-El and Sara walked in as well. "Couldn't have left one for me?"

"I'm saving Nazi you for you," Flash said.

"There's no sign of the Prism," Alex said.

"Well, it's got to be here somewhere," Mon said.

"We got incoming," Sara said before she yanked her staff out.

They all looked back to see what she saw to see a huge group of Nazis surrounding them. Flash looked around him, trying to figure a plan of strategy, but his thought process was thrown out the window when he saw Reverse Flash zoom by him.

He zoomed after him as The Arrow pulled an arrow into his bow and shot at them. He and Sara ran after the group while Alex pulled out her gun. She looked to Mon-El, who had tightened his fists. "They have lead bullets. Be careful."

"I'm always careful," Mon said and Alex rolled her eyes.

Alex and Mon ran towards the group together as Overgirl flew over them. "I see their Flash, their Supergirl." She shot down a Nazis while Mon flipped another one to the ground.

The Arrow and Sara fought off the other Nazis while Overgirl flew around them constantly, Reverse Flash zooming around as well, with The Flash chasing after him. But it was like they were taunting the heroes. "Yeah, I see them."

Sara flipped a Nazis to the ground before looking at her friend. "Where's their Arrow?"

They continued to fight off the Nazis while The Flash chased the Reverse Flash, which continued to circle around the heroes. The Earth-Xers were clearly up to something but they couldn't figure out what yet.

STAR Labs

Caitlin walked into the cortex, holding a jar full of mustard, and found a grateful Mick Rory. "It was in the fridge. Did you check the fridge?"

"Oh. Thank you, sweetheart," Mick said, taking the jar from her, causing her to give him an odd look.

But everyone jumped suddenly when Spider-Man webbed down from the ceiling, clearly taking his job too seriously on protecting STAR Labs. "Jesus, Peter!"

"Sorry," he muttered before deactivating his mask. "Any word from the team?"

"They're over at the shipping depot, but it's just radio silence," Felicity said and Peter nodded. But his worried look turned into a horrified one, feeling an eerie chill going up and down his spine. A feeling he knew all too well.

"Something's coming," he muttered to them.

———

At that very moment, Harry was walking through the halls, cleaning his glasses. But when he placed them back on, just a few inches in front of him, stood the masked Dark Arrow. "Oh...God."

"There is no God," Dark Arrow said but Harry began to back up slowly.

The backing up turned into running, right through the hall, and slamming his hand on the emergency button. He knew he couldn't make it all the way, but at least he could warn his friends.

———

Immediately, the group in the cortex looked at the screens as the alarm blared red around them. Right in the terrifying flesh, they saw the Dark Arrow. Peter turned to Iris and Felicity as his helmet re-activated itself. "You and you, hide."

"What about Caitlin?" Iris asked.

"It's gonna get a lot colder in here," Mick said as he adjusted his glove. Felicity ran off to hide but Iris looked hesitant.

"Come on. Go now. We don't need my girlfriend's only parent figure's doppelgänger dead now, do we?" Spider-Man told her, and she looked at him. "It'll be okay." She nodded before she ran off with Felicity.

Abandoned Shipping Depot

Two Nazis ran into the chaotic mess of a fight between the heroes and Nazis. But before they could help join the fight, Supergirl and SF flew over them, using their laser heat vision to knock them off their feet.

But everything was just pure mayhem in the shipping depot. FIRESTORM firing at Nazis. Sara fighting Nazis with her staff. Alex shooting Nazis' brains out. Mon-El choke-holding or breaking the necks of Nazis. Supergirl and SF zooming around in the sky, using their heat vision on every Nazis they saw. The Flash chasing the Reverse Flash in the background. The Green Arrow taking down multiple Nazis with arrows or traditional hand to hand combat. But each time, beating a Nazis down. That is until, Overgirl suddenly landed in front of him, and delivered him a hard punch right in the chest.

He was thrown across the room, crashing into a huge empty wooden crate, knocking him out for a short while.

When he did finally come to, his blue eyes only saw chaos. Fire. Death. Red lightning. Yellow lightning. Laser heat vision. Aliens. Humans. Metas. SuperMetas.

He steadily sat up, spitting up a chunk of blood. And when he was slowly regaining himself again, his attention was caught onto Sara. His friend. A once lover. And she was in trouble.

Overgirl had her pinned against a wall, choking her angrily. He had to something. And he would.

So he pulled himself up onto his knees, pulled out a kryptonite arrow, placing it into his bow, pulling and letting go of the string go.

The time that it felt as it flew through the air, heading straight for Overgirl, seemed like forever. But it wasn't. And she saw it coming.

She grabbed it before it hit her, and creepily looked back at the Green Arrow. She threw Sara to the ground, who coughed and gasped for air, while Overgirl turned to the Green Arrow. She broke the arrow and dropped the two parts to the ground tauntingly. "Burn." She then tried to use her laser heat vision on him, but he ducked out of the way right on time.

STAR Labs

The Dark Arrow slowly walked into the Speed Lab, acting as if he was the murderer of a scary movie. He was calculated, calm, and eerie.

He knew the blast of fire from Mick's fire gun was coming, just didn't know when. But when it did, he immediately flipping around, avoiding getting burnt. "Afraid of a little heat?"

The Dark Arrow jumped down from the stairs, looking right at the man. "No." He then pulled out an arrow, and shot it at Mick. But it was a zip line arrow, so all it did was tie Mick around against the nearby wall. "I'm afraid of nothing."

"Bet you're pretty angry and scared right now," Mick said.

"I told you, I don't fear anything," Dark Arrow said.

"Actually..." The Dark Arrow snapped around, ready to pounce, but he was met with a hand placed on bow. But that hand caused his bow and hand to ice over. He looked in front of him to see Killer Frost before him. "He was talking about me." The Dark Arrow looked down at his body to see the ice was spreading, soon he'd be dead. "Didn't think this through, did you? Just you against us."

"I don't need to think to kill you," Dark Arrow said before he pulled something on his bow. This blasted out a giant blast, which sent Killer Frost across the room, thrown against a wall. "Anyone else want to be a hero?"

He turned around to see a woman in all black, flipping around a staff. She was the new Black Canary, Dinah Drake. He turned the other way to see Wild Dog, Rene Ramirez. He finally looked the other way to see Mister Terrific, Curtis Holt, who was throwing up and down a metal ball. "They wanted to wait, but I didn't we'd ever get a better entry line than that." But before they could do anything else, Spider-Man webbed down from the ceiling, quickly landing on his feet, and sending a punch right to Dark Arrow's face.

Abandoned Shipping Depot

Alex found herself terrifyingly standing in the middle of a back to back fight between The Flash and the Reverse Flash. RF was circling around Alex for a reason, maybe to scare her, maybe to taunt The Flash, maybe to stall them, maybe just to mess with them, maybe all of the above. But it was working. Because Alex held her gun up at the lightning surrounding her, but couldn't decide when to fire, and she knew how dangerous the Reverse Flash could be. She's heard multiple stories.

But she just couldn't shoot. And the Reverse Flash knew that. So he zoomed by her, flipping her up into the way, and zoomed off. When she started to fall back down, she knew she would crash. Just not how. In death or injured.

Luckily neither. The Flash caught her bridal style just in time, and she looked at him thankfully. "Thanks, Barry."

He set her onto her feet with a smile. "You said my name!" He exclaimed happily, even though it wasn't the time or place to be that excited. But it was a special moment for him.

Ever since Barry had ever known Alex, she'd never say his name. She'd purposely call him Larry, Darry, sometimes Garry or just Allen. He knew it was because she was protective of her sister. But she finally said he name correctly.

Alex had to ignore him since right after his excited comment, a huge explosion occurred in front of them, caused by laser heat vision while everyone else was still fighting in the background.

Supergirl zoomed in front of them as SF flew after Overgirl in multiple directions. Supergirl grabbed a Nazis and threw him across the way, before placing her hands on her hips as another explosion spurted out behind her. The Flash couldn't help but stare, and Alex smacked him. "Woah- What?! She's still my fiancée!"

"And you're still Larry-Darry-Garry, Allen," Alex told him.

———

After fighting what seemed to be every Nazis in the entire building, the heroes came back together again, just to see a robotic machine, filled with Kryptonite, walk towards them. SF tensed up, feeling herself starting to feel weakened already, but not as much as Supergirl might be feeling. "What the hell is that?"

"Metallo," Supergirl knowingly said.

Right then, Metallo blasted a green energy right at Supergirl, sending her flying across the room. SF gasped, and tried to go help her sort-of mother, but The Flash stopped her.

Of course he wanted to help Supergirl, but Overgirl and the Reverse Flash were watching their every move. If they even tried to help her, they would kill them.

"No," SF whispered, in agony seeing Supergirl in pain, while The Flash held her, the same expression on him as well.

Suddenly, FIRESTORM flew in, ready to save the day, but was grabbed by Metallo, and thrown against a pillar. This hit was so hard that it separated FIRESTORM into Jax and Professor Stein again.

With them down, Overgirl and the Reverse Flash zoomed around, knocking down each of the others down as well. But the Green Arrow wasn't knocked out so easily.

He rolled across the ground, and when he looked up, The Flash rolled out in front of him, unconscious. And when Overgirl harshly landed nearby, with her hand wrapped around SF's throat, the Green Arrow knew the taunting of his friend was her doing. He saw SF struggle in Overgirl's grip, having her hover above the ground, unable to breathe. But The Green Arrow knew this was to taunt him still, because Overgirl stared directly at him as she squeezed the life out of SF. "Don't," he muttered up the words, knowing the death of SF would destroy so many lives. Starting with Kara and Barry. And Peter.

But Overgirl kept herself facing the Green Arrow, knowing exactly what she was doing. She let the poor SuperMeta go right as she blacked out, the girl dropping right next to The Flash. She didn't seem to care that SF was a version of her daughter. She didn't seem to care about anything.

Metallo walked up next Overgirl as she crossed her arms. "Hate to do this to that handsome face, but-" Then just darkness.

———

By the time there was light, everyone was chained to the floor, being guarded by Nazis, and everyone was unmasked as well. In order it was Professor Stein, Barry, Kara, Emma, Oliver, Sara, Alex, Mon-El, and Jax. They were all attached to a staircase crate of some sort, with power disabled collars around their necks. Which didn't make sense for some of the group, because not everyone there had superpowers. "Is everyone all right?"

"We're gonna have to work on your definition of all right, Oliver," Sara said as they slowly and weakly stood up from the ground.

"Yo, Grey, you good?" Jax called out.

"It seems my retirement was somewhat tardy," Professor Stein said.

But all of their attention was turned to behind them when someone was slowly clapping. They saw Eobard Thawne, his mask off as well, standing behind them on the crate, clearly gloating. "Well, here we are." Emma immediately rolled her eyes, while Barry and Kara almost emotionlessly stared at their enemy. An enemy they just can't seem to get rid of. "This is fun for me," he said while chuckling, staring down at the two. "Not so much for you. All the times you've killed me, and now here all I have to do is kill you once."

"Hey," Emma sternly said, pulling the attention onto her. "Go to hell."

He was about to say something nastier back, but Overgirl walked in, her mask off as well, and her blonde hair bouncing at every step. "Enough, Eobard. Enough," she said and he backed off from taunting Barry more.

"Hey, you might want to listen to her," Alex said and he looked at her. "We know that if you wanted to kill us, you wouldn't have out these dog collars on us first."

"And he would've done it already," Emma added before looking back in front of her. Just to see Kara and Kara-X glaring at each other.

"Now I know what it feels like to hate myself," Kara said.

"Well done..." Kara-X and everyone else looked back to see Oliver-X walked in, confidence and ego thriving him as always.

"It wasn't a problem," Kara-X said as Oliver-X walked up to her. But she suddenly started to trip over herself, but she didn't trip on anything. She looked weak, falling to the ground, but Oliver-X quickly helped her to the ground. "The pain, the pain." Everyone stared at her confused, wondering what the problem was. "I don't know how much longer I can bear it."

"It's all right. It's all right," Oliver-X assured. "You're gonna be all right because we found her. We found her, and now we have her." Both Barry and Kara narrowed their eyes at the couple, trying to figure out what they were going on about. "I love you." Emma cringed to herself before scooting closer to Kara, her comfort better than the thought of her mom and her dad's best friend together romantically. "Now, very soon, this nightmare will be over, and I'll take you home. So stand."

Kara-X nodded heavily before Oliver-X helped her to her feet and they stared at everyone. "STAR Labs is secure."

"If you hurt my friends-"

"I did hurt your friends," Oliver-X said, looking at Barry. "I really enjoyed hurting your friends."

Emma stared at him nervously, her breathe shaking, just worried about Peter about anyone else. "Are they alive?" Oliver asked.

"Yes, yes, for now. We need your Kara's cooperation. Well, we don't need it. It would be preferable. But for the time being, you are more valuable as leverage," Oliver-X explained but if he did, Barry would reach over and tightly hold Kara's hand.

"What do you want my fiancée for?" Barry asked sternly, as Kara stared at them all freaked out.

"To save my life," Kara-X said, before looking at Kara. "That's your little mission statement, isn't it? Help people, save lives. Well, now's your chance."

"What does that mean?" Emma asked, having taken notice that the woman still hadn't given her straight eye contact. Or acknowledgement. Even though they've fought since the church.

"The General is dying," Thawne answered, knowing that Kara-X wouldn't do it. She refused to talk to such a low life, such a weakling like Emma Danvers of Earth-4.

"Her blood," Alex realized. "She's been exposed to too much solar radiation."

"Yes, like Icarus, I flew too close to the sun," Kara-X said.

"But we can save her. We're going to save her. All we need is a new heart. And, luckily, on this planet," Oliver-X said before he glanced upon Kara. "We found the perfect donor."

"You are not going anywhere near Kara," Barry sternly said, his heart pounding in anxiety as Kara now looked scared out of her mind. And he couldn't even do anything to help her.

"You stay the hell away from my sister," Alex ordered.

"Mmm. Such loyalty," Kara-X said before looking at Kara again. "My sister tried to kill me."

"That's why you stole the Prism? So you could duplicate a red sun, weaken Kara, and cut into her?" Barry asked, his expression turning angry.

"Can't make an omelet with invulnerable eggs," Kara-X said before smirking at him.

But Kara sighed heavily, trying to keep herself together. "Barry."

He looked at her, seeing the fear in her blue eyes. "Hey, it's gonna be okay. I'm gonna let them touch you," Barry quietly assured her.

"I guess the wedding is off," Kara-X cut in dramatically, and the two looked at her. "Sorry."

"Hey," Oliver softly muttered to his doppelgänger. "I'm gonna kill you."

"Nah, you won't," Oliver-X said, a small smile on his lips. "You're weak. And all of you choose the high road. You're heroes."

He then slowly walked off, Kara-X following, as Metallo stomped up to them. "Mom," Emma muttered, backing up, honest to Rao scared what was next. "It's okay," Kara assured, the both of them staring at the robot. "Everything will be okay-" And then, darkness once again.

STAR Labs

Felicity and Iris slowly sneaked around the facility, trying to figure out what was going on with their friends and the Nazis. "I thought we were gonna die."

"If I had a dime for every time I thought that, I — I'd have $2.40. I really thought I'd have more than that," Felicity whispered.

"It was Oliver, but it wasn't Oliver," Iris whispered.

"It was Oliver in the high caste," Felicity whispered.

"I just mean there is so much out there for us to be afraid of — multiple earths, aliens, doppelgängers from the third Reich. I mean, what else is coming?" Iris whispered and Felicity looked at her. "And that thought wakes me up at night."

"How do you ever get back to sleep?" Felicity asked. "Well," Iris whispered, painful memories going through her eyes. "I used to have Mon-El, but now I don't know how. I just do-"

"Shut up," Felicity whispered, looking up in the distance.

"I'm sorry. I know you and Oliver-"

"No, no," Felicity whispered as footsteps in the distance was heard. "Shut...up."

They slowly walked down the hall but immediately backed off when they saw Nazis walk into the pipeline. "We're not alone."

When the coast was clear, they continued their way down the hall, peeking into the pipeline, just to see Nazises guarding the pipeline as one threw an unconscious Spider-Man into a cell. The girls gasped before hiding behind the wall again. "Stalag STAR Labs."

"What are we gonna do?" Iris asked.

Unknown Location

When the heroes woken up again, they were lying on the ground somewhere outside. But Barry's immediate and most inner thought was- "Kara." He and Alex sat up immediately, looking at each other in fear. "Kara, where's Kara? They're gonna kill her."

"We have to find her," Alex said.

"It's ok. We're gonna get her back," Sara assured while Mon-El tried to help a still weakened Emma up from the ground.

"Thanks," she muttered.

"We need to figure out where we are first," Oliver said.

"Yeah, about that," Jax said as he looked around them. They were in some kind of outside cage, surrounded by others in grey prison uniforms.

"This is somewhat disconcerting," Professor Stein said.

"I don't think this is our Earth," Mon said as Barry walked up to Emma to see if she was alright.

But Sara, looking up in the distance, realized exactly where they were. "We're on Earth-X."
