The story is, his girlfriend was sick, then he put eye drops and injected the liquid. A few hours later his girlfriend had a seizure and was declared dead. There is a dramatic chase scene before he saves his girlfriend who almost died for real. The girls survived and they ran away. But in the end the girl plunged into the river when the North Korean soldiers chased them.
