[starship high school, graduation day]
all students of senior year are gathered at the school hall with matching caps and gowns. parents, friends and teachers already seated in the auditorium with school officials on stage
the sound of music could be heard from the school band, and they marched into the arena. throughout the ceremony, instrumental music was played
they started with a speech by the senior class president, the valedictorian and a guest speaker followed by each students get called to the stage and received their diplomas from the principal
after the ceremony, all students gathered at the school field with family and friends to take pictures but there are a few audiences and students who stayed inside the auditorium
"why are we still here?" hwayoung's dad asked
"my friends asked us to wait here" she replied
"ehem ehem" the sound of someone talking using the mic
"hello ladies and gentlemen. im kang minhee" minhee spoke through the mic that was attached to his head while standing on the stage
"thanks to the help of my friends, i am able to perform today. this song, is dedicated to hwayoung- no not you. your dad, mr. park"
hwayoung's dad stood up " huh? me?"
"yes sir.. music please"
sir im a bit nervous

he stopped and walkes down the stage, approaches hwayoung's family, and was standing exactly in front of her dad. he took out something from his pocket, it was a red coloured box

suddenly it was chaos on stage when they were preparing something. serim ran towards her and gave her an arrow and a bow
"hwayoung, you see that big pink balloon?"
she squinted her eyes "uh yeah. why?"
"try to shoot it"
it was easy for hear because she learned archery. with one shot she was able to pop the balloon and a big canvas fabric was in it. taeyoung and seongmin hold it up with heejin and aecha throwing confetti

and minhe was kneeling in front of her still holding the box that had the ring.
"so? will you?"
she nodded "you already know my answer. yes!"
"she said yes!" he shouted
he wrapped his hands around her waist, picked her up and twirled her in the air

"it'll be okay. now let's go. we should be waiting at the altar" woobin hold both of his shoulders for support in case he passed out
so minhee went to wait at the altar with woobin as the best man and the marriage officiant who was waiting
the doors of the hall opened with the accompaniment of music being played. and there, hwayoung walking down the aisle, one hand holding a bouquet of flowers and the other one holding her dad's arm
they arrived at the altar and she let go her dad's hand with tears."just go" he mumbled with a smile. now that the bride and groom is already there the marriage officiant began with his speech followed by the vows
woobin, as the best man, handed him the ring
"it is my honour and my privilege to pronounce you husband and wife. minhee, you may now kiss your bride"
minhee wrapped his hands around her waist and she placed her hands on his nape
she pulles her closer and--

they kissed. it wasn't the first time they did it but it felt different. both can feel butterflies in their stomach. and as they did that, loud cheers and clapping could be heard from the audience

minhee used to live in an apartment but now he bought a bigger house for the both of them in suncheon after discussing with both parents
"wow... it's nice.. " she spoke as they entered the house
"now let's go. serim hyung and your mum already moved some of your items here" he carried her in bridal style to their bedroom in the upper floor
"go take a shower" she said as they entered the bedroom
"okay but you should join me" he grinned
"minhee-"
"i won't take no as an answer so let's go" he carried her again and went inside the bathroom

"minhee.. do you have a hair dryer?"
"yep.. check inside the closet"
they were preparing for bed after having fun in the bathroom
"when you're done, turn off the lights please" he yawned
"okay. you don't have to wait for me. go to sleep first"
she was doing her skincare routine and when finished she turned on the lamp beside the bed and turned off the lights
she crawled on the bed and pulled the blanket because of the cold air conditioning
turning to the left she can clearly see minhee who is sleeping, or that's what she thought
he slowly opened his eyes "eh? i thought you're asleep"
"i can't sleep without you by my side. cause i wanna cuddle with you" he whined
"such a baby" sneered
"we're both babies" he pouted and they laughed
"now let's go to sleep. for real this time"
so they both went to sleep in a comfortable and cute (?) position. hwayoung's little body in minhee's embrace, her face in his chest and his chin on her head. wrapped in a blanket

"i love you too, kang minhee"
