Leon as Little Lion
Ahn Hyunki carried the name Leon far before his flight to Korea. He bore the name chosen by his adoptive family and truly embodied the animal similar in a phrase. Many wonder where it originated, the notice to his likeness to the king of the jungle. But even he wishes to know the answer. Was it because of his astrological sign? Or perhaps foretold by his name? Did the pressure carrying gold in interlaced letters push him to claim the title? And even if it is lost in undocumented history, and muddled in school halls where his fame started, there is no doubt on one thing.
He and the lion share many traits worth noting.
Courage and Confidence. The man himself is not afraid to air out what others find hard to say. As one of the founders of the Labyrinth Hub, his courage to push those set-aside and truly believe in them, is very notable. Leon formed a company with a reputation rightfully theirs, and to brace through all the adversities before taking their flag. At the forefront, he isn't afraid to show his means (whether sources, connections, wealth, etc.) to battle against the wrongs going in his direction. He may not roar the most, but when he does, everyone makes sure to listen.
Leadership and Nobility. Leon isn't a name tossed around on the streets for a quick game. His name is screamed globally and in many aspects of his excellence. In his company, he is leading the reputation and the process. Many have seen him behind scenes, how he isn't afraid to step up when people need empowerment. Whether that be as a director, who pieces storyboards and ideas together. As a choreographer, who highlights the signatures of each dancer yet not overshadowing the song. As a producer, pointing out what must be heard and arranging sounds to make music. Or even as a member of the global Kpop group Stray Kids, wherein his title of 'international hyung' or global older brother is lived up to. In whatever role he lands, he isn't afraid to use that as a crown and empower those under him, beside him, and even those he follows.
Protective and Grace. As a boy known to be an older brother, he definitely holds those he loves close to him. He allows them to grow but one stumble that is with bad intentions, he won't hold back. A smile might grace his features, and a face untelling of the rage is what the public sees. But his simple words of business secure those he loves to justice. He is the lion who isn't afraid to pounce for his cubs. The twist surely is when one knows of the harm they caused, the smile will fool them. But the daunting presence that lingers behind his eyes would tell that he will deal with those who try to harm his cubs. Of course, with a poise that won't let him lower his own standards to the foolish.
These traits secure his chosen SKZOO avatar, and the fans couldn't help but agree. What most are awaiting though is an in-depth answer from the boy about his own thoughts to what the world has advised him to choose.
