We get all ready to go and we walk down to Wanda's; on the way there we see the mailman delivering packages.. but once again I have a feeling he's watching us.
"Pietro something is going on here" I look around
"It's alright babe, we're gonna talk to wanda" he nods being the calm and collected side of the relationship like usual
"No.. it's something else.." I sigh but we keep walking
We get to Wanda's and knock but the door opens
"Wanda?" Pietro asks
"Oh great you guys are back! Yay!!" She says with exhausted enthusiasm
She's sitting on her couch in sweatpants and a zip up her hair is in a messy ponytail. She looks a wreck
"Wanda" I frown a little
"Hey guys! What's up?" She stands fidgeting a little
"Wanda are you alright?" Pietro asks her sister
"What!?" She laughs like that's a dumb question
But then the wall paper starts to tear and change color and the windows change shape
"I'm... fine" she closes her eyes and breathes heavily
"Here Wanda sit" I take her hand and we sit back on the couch
"I don't know why it's happening" she holds her head
"I'll get some water" pietro nods
"I don't know what to do" Wanda shakes her head eyes closed
"Wanda it's going to be okay" I grasp her hand
"Is it?" She looks at me unsure
"Here Wanda" pietro hands her the water
"Thank you" she sighs
She takes a sip and then uses her hands to put the house back to normal
"Wanda where are the kids?" I ask looking around
"The kids? They um went with Agnes, she was an angel and took them for a bit.. I need time to rest" Wanda sits back
"Agnes?" I look at pietro nervously
"Maybe we should go check on them?" Pietro suggests
"You guys can! I am just soaking up my rest time" Wanda laughs hysterically
"Alright.. Wanda I'm sure Vision will be back soon. Pietro and I will go get the kids" I smile as convincingly as I can
"Thank you! Where would I be without you guys" she smiles slowly sliding back onto the couch
"Get some rest" pietro kisses her head lightly
"Will do!!" Wanda laughs again and her lights flicker
We walk out and quickly walk next door to Agnes'
Pietro rings the bell. And we wait.
As we wait I notice the mailman is nowhere to be seen
"Pietro-
"Oh! Look who we have here!!" Agnes answers the door with a friendly laugh
"Hi Agnes" pietro smiles politely
"Come in come in!" She laughs ushering us in
We walk inside and look around
"I'll grab us some drinks, I just love company!" She grins walking off
"Thank you!" I smile
While she's gone I look around suspiciously. I notice her pet bunny and then I see some half eaten snacks and the tv has cartoons on...
"Pietro look" i point it out
"Look" he points to the cicada bugs crawling around
"Uh, Agnes! Where are the boys?" I ask
"The boys? Oh haha they're probably playing in the basement.." she answers
Pietro looks at me and gestures for us to look around
I find a door
Pietro reaches for the door and opens it...
I check behind us for Agnes but I assume she's still in the kitchen
We go down the stairs to at first find a normal looking basement
"Boys?" I call out.
No answer
"Y/n come here" pietro signals me over
We find a hallway with dark vines covering the walls
We walk down it together cautiously. We stop in a hexagonal shaped room with vines tangling around everything... in the center there is a book on a pedestal... it almost looks like one of Stranges books?
We walk towards it's when suddenly pietro is knocked out
"Pietro!" I gasp turning around
I look to see the mailman holding his mail Cart, which he just used to knock out my boyfriend
I quickly turn and get into battle stance
"Woah woah woah, hold on a second" he puts his hands up with a wicked smile
"Who are you!?" I command as I block Pietro's body
"Come on I'm just your mailman" he laughs
"Take care of them Nicky!" I hear Agnes' voice from upstairs before the basement door shuts
"Nicky?" I cock my head to the side looking at him warily
"Ugh. You know how mothers are with their annoying nicknames... oh wait no, you were an orphan!" He chuckles before a purple smoke surrounds him and he transforms into a younger male a bit older than pietro and I
He's wearing some skinny jeans and a black top with a purple cloak
"Im gonna ask you again. Who are you?!" I ask trying to stay calm
"Funny that you think you have the upper hand here!" he laughs again
"Well I am a super soldier and I'm certainly not scared of you" I state
"Maybe you should be.. My name is Nicholas Scratch. Agnes up there? She's my mom" he walks around us and I stand by pietro protecting him
"Cool. Now where is my son?" I ask getting more impatient
"Gotta say y/n your family is pretty cool. I mean your dad is a billionaire married to a super soldier right?" He asks ignoring my question
"Shut up!" I go to use my hands to make a spell when I'm suddenly frozen
"Hmm, haha. Cute. You know I thought I saw you use magic before but my mom didn't believe me" He says using his hands to perform his own spells
"So the book is yours then?" I glance over
"Eh it's my moms. Now you're probably wondering why your magic didn't work... See my mom put up these things called runes, I helped her, so only we can use magic here or whatever. So nice try" he smiles
"What did you do with our kids?" I ask him
"Relax! Jeez you don't know when to stop" he huffs using magic to pick up Pietro's body
"You didn't have to knock him out" I sigh angrily
"Well I kinda did, he's a pretty fast guy, and go you, because he is cute!" he winks and lifts my body with magic as well
"Uh thanks?... You won't win- or accomplish whatever you're doing.. Wanda will come looking for us." I scoff as he opens a door to a dark room
"That's all apart of the plan babe" he makes an amused face before throwing both pietro and I into the room
Then the door is slammed shut and it's totally dark.
The magic lets us go and I can move again
"Pietro!" I crawl to his body and lightly shake him
"Ah!" He roars to life
"Piet!" I sigh relieved
"What- what happened?" He asks trying to look around
"Agnes has a son, working with her.. he trapped us" I help him up
"A son??" He asks as he touches the walls looking for a way out
"Yeah.. he seemed to know a lot about us, kinda has a crush on you" I help look around
"A crush? Interesting. He's magical?" pietro asks
"he doesn't seem as into the whole witch thing... just a henchman" I say
"So we can take him" pietro assesses
"We need to get out of here and find the kids" I remind him
"Boys!" He yells
"Uncle P!"
"Dad!?"
We hear their voices
"Kids!" I shout
"Mom! Help!!" I hear our son yelling for me
"Pietro what are we gonna do?" I ask emotionally
"It's okay y/n we are going to get out of here" he tells me
I go to the door and frantically pull trying to get it open
The door flashes with purple magic showing a spell
"Use your magic" pietro suggests
"I can't. Only Agnes and her son can use magic down here." I huff
"Wizards" He huffs
"They're something like that" I roll my eyes
"Shit" he kicks at the wall
It felt like hours that we were standing at the door attempting to get out
"We can't give up, the kids need us" I huff
"Just keep trying" pietro encourages me as he feels around the walls
"It's times like these that make me wish I stayed with Strange to learn more" I groan
Then we hear something..
"Boys!?" A voice calls
"That's Wanda!" Pietro appears next to me
"Wanda!" I shout back as loud as I can
"Wanda!" Pietro calls out as well
But we get no response.
Then we hear Agnes who we now know is a witch named Agatha Harkness.
"Wanda can't use her magic... she can't defend herself either" I continue to bang at the door
We try to listen to what they are saying but they are talking too quietly for us to hear.
Suddenly we hear Tommy and Billy yelling
"Mom! Mom! Help please mom!"
"Mom help us!!"
"Tommy, Billy!"
"Faith"
Pietro and I call out for the boys hoping they are okay
Then the voices of Wanda and Agatha disappear for a while. We wait and listen for a sign. It felt like forever.
Then we hear footsteps
"Hey! Hey! Let us out assholes!" I bang at the door
"Have some patience Stark, you two are next" We hear the voice of Nicholas Scratch walking by
"The boys" pietro says cautiously
"Faith! Tommy, Billy. It's okay boys! We're going to get out of here" I yell hoping they can here me
"Don't worry mom! We know" Faith yells back
My heart breaks just hearing his voice. I should be protecting my son right now
"Come on kid, let's go you three" Scratch ushers the kids out of the basement
After a few minutes the door to where Pietro and I are is opened.
Before we can make a move purple magic spells surround us making it so that we cannot move on our own
"Alright now let's go have a family reunion!"
Scratch brings us out to the front of Wanda's house where she is floating in the air with purple magic nooses around the 3 boys necks
"Mom!" Faith yells struggling but he is the only boy with a blindfold on
"Faith!" I writhe trying to break free
"Hey kids it's gonna be alright" pietro struggles like me to get free
"Perfect timing everyone!" Agatha laughs wickedly
"Going just as planned mother" Scratch checks his watch
Then he grabs Faith from his mom and places him by Pietro and I
"Mom... what are we gonna do?" Faith looks around trying to get the blindfold off
"I-I don't know... its gonna be okay Faith." I whisper worriedly
"Alright Tommy, Billy, time to call for mom" Agatha tugs on their harnesses
"Mom! Help!!"
"Mom! Mom! Please!"
The boys yell as the noose tightens around then mom
Wanda comes running out of her house
"Mom!!" Tommy cries out
Wanda rushes over looking at us all worriedly
"I know what you are!" Agatha pronounces loudly
"Mom!!" Billy groans as his neck is being constricted
"It's okay baby! It's okay" Wanda gets closer to Agatha bringing her hands up to use magic
"You have no idea how dangerous you are" Agatha shakes her head looking down at Wanda
"Wanda! Don't listen to her!" Pietro calls out to her sister
"Nicholas!" Agatha glares at her son
"With peace and love, shut up" he rolls his eyes and with a flick of his wrist pietro and I can no longer talk
I look at my boyfriend panicked as I try to come up with a plan
"You were supposed to be a myth. A being capable of spontaneous creation and here you are using to make breakfast for dinner." Agatha spits at Wanda
"Let go of my family!" Wanda commands
"Oh yes your family! Incredible genes- two speedsters, Billy is like you right Wanda? A half genius half super soldier, a vibranium synthesoid.... and don't get me started on him"
she points to Faith
"The Mimic... give it a few years kid you'll be just what the magic doctor ordered..there is a reason I have him blindfolded I'm not a monster!" she glares at my son naming him the mimic.
"If you do not let my family go I promise you will not be walking out of Westview alive" Wanda threatens her accent thick with anger
"Haha cute. This whole little life you've made in Westview.... This is chaos magic Wanda. And that makes you, the scarlet witch"
