Next day they did all the packing. Sid mom help them in packing. Akshi and Suffiyan also come to cheer up shehnaaz.

Next day they have to leave for Australia early in the morning. It is about 14 hours flight.
Akshi Suffiyan and his mom comes to airport with them. Sid mom blessed both of them and give her loads of love.

Sidharth and Shehnaaz reach Australia after long tiring 14 hours of flight. They take a cab to reach their apartment.
Shehnaaz is sleeping with her head on Sidharth's shoulder. She hold Sidharth's arm so tightly like a kid fears to loose her mother.
They reach at the apartment. Sidharth slowly wakes up shehnaaz. She cutely rubs her eyes.
Sidharth : Let's go baby we reached.
Shehnaaz nodded.
They enters in the apartment. Shehnaaz roam in the living room like a kid.

Both go to their rooms and freshen up. They change into their night wears.
Sidharth warm the food and arrange at the cozy table.
Both have there food with chit chat.

Sidharth looks at her running figure.

He shake his head in disbelief and go to his room.

1 hour passed sleep is far away from her eyes. Whenever she tries to sleep , she wakes up out of fear.

She takes some courage and peep in his room.
Sidharth is reading some article in the magzine. He hears some noises and look at the door.
Shehnaaz hides.
Sidharth knows that shehnaaz is on the door.
She turns to go again to her room when he hold her arm. Shehnaaz screams.
Sidharth : Arre maii hun. Kya hua!?
Shehnaaz : Mai dar gyii thii.
Sidharth : Then what are you doing here!?
Shehnaaz : voo..
Sidharth understands her problem.
He make it easy for her.
Sidharth : Yr mujhe neend nhii aa rhii iddr. Ajja tu bhii mere room mein hi sojja.
Shehnaaz smiles : Hn vaise bhii mujhe bhii dar lggrha tha kbse neend nhii aa rhii thi akele. Nyyii jagah hai na isliye.

Sidharth stands there folding his arms on chest.
Shehnaaz bite her tongue coz she spill out the truth.
Sidharth hold her shoulders : Shehnaaz if you don't tell me what's the problem how can I know!?
I don't like your this hiding habit.
Shehnaaz looks downward.
Sidharth cups her face : Baby now don't be sad and stop hiding things from me. Okii!?
Shehnaaz nodded
Sidharth hold her hand and take her to his room.
Sidharth : You sleep there , I will sleep on the couch.
Shehnaaz look at couch then at him.
Shehnaaz starts laughing holding her stomach.
Sidharth collides his brows : What's the matter!?
Shehnaaz : Tum hulk ke size ke itne chottu se couch pe kaise soge.
Mujhe couch kii bht chinta hoo rhii haii.
Sidharth smiles but again maintain a poker face : Acha toh tumhe couch ki chinta ho rhii hai. Abhi btata hun tumhe.
He starts run behind her in the room.
Shehnaaz : Ammmmaaa Sorryy abhii nhii bolungii kuch.
Sach mein promise.
Sidharth hold her from back and start tickling her.
Shehnaaz laugh her heart out after so many days.
Shehnaaz : Stop....Hahaha...Stop

Sidharth stops and look at her. Her face become red and eyes filled with tears.
Sidharth tensed and cupped her face : Baby did I hurt you!? sorry.
Shehnaaz : Arre maii hurt kyon houngii. Or tum sorry kyun bol rhe ho.
Sidharth : Your tears !?
Shehnaaz smiles and said : These are the tears of Happiness which comes out only because of you. Thanks for making me smile after so many days.
She hugs him and out of excitement she kisses him on cheek.
Sidharth toh go went gone😂
Shehnaaz : Sidhaaaarthhhh abhi mujhe bht neend aa rhii hai. Tum bhi bed pe hii soo jao. Maii pehle btaa rhii hun mai right side hii lungi.
Sidharth didn't listen anything he lost in the touch of her lips on his skin. His happiness is beyond everything.
Shehnaaz snapped her finger.
Shehnaaz : Chlo ab soo jaoo
Sidharth : Kya!?
Shehnaaz huffs and again repeat.
Sidharth nooded and lie on left side.
He again and again touch his cheek and remember the moment. He is behaving like love sick puppy.😂
Next Morning
Sidharth and Shehnaaz reached at the hospital.
Doctor check her previous reports and advice her some tests.
Shehnaaz give samples for the tests. Then go for imaging tests.
After some time the test reports come.
Doctor call them in the cabin.
Dr. : Yes Ms Shehnaaz I check your reports. We need to get chemotherapy treatment started as soon as possible.
Shehnaaz looks at Sidharth. He blinks his eyes in assurance.
Dr. : That's Oki!?
Shehnaaz : Yes
Dr. : I promise you we will get the best treatment plan here. You are young, you can fight this.
Shehnaaz nodded.
Sidharth : Thankyou so much Doctor.
So what's the next step.
Dr. : I prescribed her some medicine.
Make sure to take them at time and don't miss the dose.
Sidharth nodded.
Dr. : Chemotherapy starts from tuesday.
Shehnaaz and Sidharth nodded.
Dr. : Oki then Take care. Hope for best.
Sidharth and Shehnaaz leaves Dr. Cabin.
Anyone could see the fear on Shehnaaz's face.
Sidharth gives her side hug.
Sidharth : Baby Don't worry. You will be fine soon.
Shehnaaz looks at him and genuinely smiles. She sees so much truth in his eyes which gives her hope
