A week Passed
Sidharth continuously contact with the police for any update.
But to his disappointment there is no update of her.
Sidharth is not in good condition. He eat once in a day. His beard grown . The face looks dull with dark circles. He don't even sleep properly from the day she is missing.
Everyday he goes to places where she can go. He spent evenings at PP❤️ where he can get peace. He can feel her here.
He is sitting on roof of PP lost in the thoughts of Shehnaaz. When a thing strikes his mind.
Sidharth : Shitt yr Mujhe pehle kyun nhii yaad aya.
He immediately calls akshi.
Sid : Hi akshii
Akshi : Hello.. do you get any update!?
Sid : Noo...akshi listen Do you know the girl works at Shehnaaz's art gallery!? Any contact no.!?
Akshi : Yeah Sania...I have her contact number.
Sid : Send it to me now

Sid : Shehnaaz definately meet her before leaving. I am 100% sure.

He instantly call her. First she not take the call. After his 4 5 tries she finally take.
Sidharth : Hello...Can I talk to sania.
Saniya : Yes Sania this said.

Saniya : Sir...I don't know but I think she was worried about the hospital reports. Even I saw her taking medicines. After the appointment with doctor She was tensed.
Sidharth collides his brows : Do you know the Hospital!?

Sidharth cuts the call and then call akshi. He narrates the whole talk with Saniya to her. They are happy that they got to know something about her. They decide to go hospital in the morning.

Sidharth and Akshi reach the Hospital. They ask the receptionist about the list of patient's.
Receptionist : Sir this is against our policy . We can't give you detail of our patients.
Sidharth : Plz help us . This is really necessary. Just tell us from which Doctor she was taking treatment??
Receptionist : Sorry Sir. But we can't.
Sidharth yells : What the hell!? I am talking to you politely Jst tell me the Doctor. Can't you get that.
Akshi : Relax Sidharth we are in the hospital.
Then a Doctor came
Dr : Hey Mr. You are in hospital. So don't scream loudly.
Akshi and Sidharth turns. Akshi and Doctor Shock to see each other.
Akshi : Hii amit.
Dr. : Hii....Long time Akshi.
Akshi : Yaa... Amit plz can you help us!?
Dr. : Yes. Why not!?
Akshi tell him everything why they come to the hospital.
Dr. : You both sit here. I m coming.
Akshi and Sidharth nodded.
Sidharth is hell nervous. Akshi rubs his back and says , Don't worry Sidharth. Everything will be fine.

In the meantime, Amit comes
Amit : She was taking treatment from Dr Kapoor. The best thing is she is my very good friend. She will definitely help us. Let's go.
Trio go toward Dr. Kapoor's cabin.
They enter and dr. Kapoor ask them to sit.
Dr. Kapoor : Amit what happen!? Everything is fine!?
Amit : Ya jst need your help.

Amit Gesture akshi to talk.
Akshi : Actually Can we know about shehnaaz. Somedays ago she take appointment from you.
Dr. Kapoor : See This is confidential.
Amit intrupts her.
Amit : Dr. Kapoor it's really urgent. Plz trust them.

She tell the nurse to take out shehnaaz's file.
Nurse forward file to Doctor
Dr. Kapoor : Shehnaaz w/o Shrey. Right!?
Sidharth bent his finger into a fist by listening to his name.
Akshi : Yes
Dr. Kapoor : She was diagnosed with Cancer.
Akshi and Sidharth widen their eyes.
Ground slips from their feet. They didn't utter a word.
Dr. Kapoor : I told her to start her treatment as soon as possible. She came alone that day. After that she never come to me.
Akshi and Sidharth hell shocked with the confirmation.
Amit : Akshi...Are you Oki
Akshi nodded.
Akshi : Thankyou so much doctor.
She held Sidharth's hand and take him out of the hospital. Sidharth feels numb.
They never thought that shehnaaz is suffering from all this. She never shows them. She always wear a mask over her sadness.
Sidharth thud on the ground.
Sidharth eyes become red and filled with tears.
Sidharth : What is her mistake in all this!? Why God test her patience!? She never hurt anyone even she never thinks to...then whyyy. She is so innocent soul.
Akshi's eyes also fill with tear : Sid...Sidharth be strong. We have to find her as soon as possible. She is in mess right now.
Sidharth's eye filled with anger.
Sidharth : Lets go
Akshi : where!?
Sidharth : Someone needs a reality check.
Akshi collides her brows and sit on the passenger seat.
Akshi : Sidharth kiskki baat kar rhe ho!?

They reached at Shrey's House.

Sidharth held his collar and punch his face : Usee tere or khushi ke baare mein pta tha.
Shrey eyes widen.
Sidharth : hn Usne tera kam asaan kiya. Kyunki wo nhii chahtii thii tujhe koi badmein kuch bole. Nhii chahti thii kissi or ka bhii dil tuutte uski tarah.

Shrey removes his hands from his collar.
Shrey : Toh acha haii na pta chalgya tha usse. Koii jhoothi umeedein vaise bhii nhii dii maine usse kabhi.

Kabhi araam se baithke sochna tune kya khoya haii.
Sidharth and Akshi turns to leave.

He evilly laughs and clean his blooded lips.
Sidharth turns to hit him. But akshi stops him.

Sidharth nodded and give dangerous glare to Shrey.
They sit in car and Sidharth gets a call from police station.
