a/n: okay i might be a bit mean, but i decided to post the 'behind the scenes' before the actual episode chapter, just to give you guys a bit of a spoiler :)
SOLO STUDY SCENE
"T-Hi!"
"It's your girl, Eunbyul, and we are — oh ..." Eunbyul trailed off, slapping her mouth lightly. "My bad, I was talking with my brother a while back. I forget the language I am supposed to talk in sometimes." She laughed, shaking her head to herself.
"Anyway, I have a lot of studying up to do! My exams are next week, and we are starting the shootings next week too, so it's a lot of work," she sighed, going through the script. "Hopefully, I will succeed in both areas, or at least one."
She leant back in her seat, checking the camera angle. "And if I am not good in both areas ... well, I hope you guys can forgive me for the bad acting, and I hope my brothers and members can forgive me for bad grades." She pouted, breaking into a smile as she read some scenes. "My parts are pretty dramatic, so I think it's going to be challenging since I need to work real hard."
"I have work on my facial expressions a lot too, because my brother says I don't show much emotion. Am I really like that?" She pondered, looking at the camera screen again. "I think I show a fair amount of reactions, right? Might not be much, but I don't look like someone ironed my face, yeah?"
"Well, please let me know about that! Also, I will do my best and put my heart and soul into this web drama ... and my exams as well! I hope you guys show our first web drama lots of love and support! All of us are working really hard, so fighting!"

SCRIPT READING
Eunbyul and Junghwan blew bubbles into the water bottles they held, warming up their voices as they were still prone to voice cracks. After a warm-up, Eunbyul sipped on her hot coffee, not wanting to get sick amidst the cold season and web drama shootings.
Everyone went through the scenes, reading their lines with the help of a trainer. Every one of them put their all into getting the right emotion, and it was paying off.
"Aren't you going to ask me, Hwanie?" Eunbyul recited her line, using a higher voice to be cute. "Ah, is it because I am not one of the guys?" She spoke, looking up when the trainer called her name.
"Oh, that's really nice, Byul. Especially the high and cute voice. Just try adding a bit of sadness to it. Make Junghwanie oblivious, but the audience obvious. You get me?" The trainer suggested before clarifying. "You are trying to make him feel better, but you are also slightly bummed out." Eunbyul nodded, soaking in every advice she got before repeating her lines, capturing the emotions perfectly.

BEHIND THE SCENES
"Hello, hello!" Eunbyul jumped around the camera, swinging the jacket that was part of the gym outfit. "My exams are over, but the stress of this web drama isn't!" She squealed, covering her face with the jacket.
"Makeup!" Junghwan warned, walking towards the female as she quickly took the clothing off her face. "How is the preparation going?" He asked, causing Eunbyul to let out a deep sigh.
"I have to cry on cue, apparently. We tried the menthol method before, and it irritates my eyes a lot," she explained, tilting her head from side to side. "And the staff said we probably can't make the scene before my eyes redden and stuff, so they said I have to just cry on spot."
"Ah, so are you going to think of some sad memories?"
"Yeah, probably our TREASURE BOX days." Eunbyul slapped her hand over her mouth, shaking her head vigorously. "Please don't take it wrongly. It's just I, uh, we actually, um — oh, look, Jihoon oppa is calling me!" She darted across the gym court, avoiding the cameras wherever she went.

Park Eunbyul channeled all her sad thoughts into the scene, and it surprised her at the amount of memories she had. She ran to the spot marked with an 'x', starting the scene as she let out her emotions, crying to the best of her abilities.
Even though she just wanted to focus on the hardships she faced on TREASURE BOX, her thoughts went out of control, resurfacing memories she didn't want to remember.
Pictures of her mother and father flooded her brain — two people she never saw in real life. The way her relatives shouted at her repeated, and more tears ran down her cheeks. When they said she was unlucky, when they said she killed her mother, when they said she drove away her own father — everything was true, wasn't it?
Thinking of it all as acting, Junghwan entered the scene, pulling away Eunbyul's hand, revealing her face and makeup-formed-'busted lip'. He recited his lines, furrowing his brow when Eunbyul's crying seemed a little too realistic. Maybe it's just really good acting. He waved off, waiting for the female to say her part.
"You w-were right. He l-left m-me. Haru-" Eunbyul looked down, shaking her head. "I'm s-sorry, can we start a-again? Just give me a m-minute." She crouched, pinching her ears to stop her crying.
Asahi and Jaehyuk were watching the scene from behind, quickly rushing towards the younger when they realised she wasn't doing well. "It's fine, you are fine." Jaehyuk hugged Eunbyul, patting her back as Asahi carefully wiped away her tears.
"Take a deep breath, yeah? Head empty, thoughts happy. Just like you always tell me," Asahi reminded, a smile on his face when Eunbyul followed his words, calming down instant. "That's good, Starlight. You are doing good, you are doing well, Starlight." He patted her head, sighing in relief along with Jaehyuk when she gave a small smile.
Eunbyul sat out for a minute, emptying her mind as she calmed herself. Remembering memories was out of the question, she just had to dive deep into the character. Gathering whatever strength she had, Eunbyul thought like the character, trying to feel the emotions she was trying to portray.
The staff watched her, a few of them slightly worried because they knew what happened with her. They were the ones who suggested thinking of sad memories, but what they forgot was how sad Eunbyul's memories were. They gave smiles and shouts of encouragement as Eunbyul walked to her position, a determined look on her face.
"Okay, let's try this again. I won't mess up now, I promise!"

"Fighting, ah fighting! Ah, fighting, fighting, fighting!" Eunbyul cheered, feeling cold to her bones. "Woo, woo!" She blew harshly, staring at the cold puffs of air in awe.
"I am freezing!" Haruto complained, making the female turn towards him. The others voiced their agreement, not noticing Eunbyul look at them with an expression of disbelief.
"You are cold? You guys are freezing?!" She raised her brows, eyes widening as she spoke. "Oppas, I am literally frozen!" She aggressively pointed at the skirt that was up to her mid-thigh, pulling on her thin stocking to show how much less she wore than them.
Jaehyuk laughed, walking to the younger with a blanket, wrapping it around her waist as they waited for the shoot to start. "We know, we know. You have it worse than us, we are sorry," he monotonously stated everything she wanted to hear, and Eunbyul accepted it, too cold to argue with him about sounding insincere.
"Do you have to say anything to the fans? What are your thoughts right now?" Hyunsuk approached with a self-camera, completely oblivious to the issues the others faced as he did his impromptu interview — with multiple layers of clothing and hot packs.
"I hate skirts. I hate the cold. I hate that students still have to wear skirts in the cold. I hate women's fashion in general, except for dresses with pockets."

REACTION TO THE WEB DRAMA
Eunbyul awkwardly greeted the camera, seated between Yedam and Asahi. "Oh, this is going to be so cringey. I might just get a heart attack here," she mumbled, covering her face before the staff even played the episode.
Eunbyul was dying every second since the second the drama started, and the reaction footage was evidence to prove it. She constantly punched the air, closing her eyes and flexing her hands whenever things got too much to handle.
"Aw, Jaehyuk oppa looks cute." She finally calmed down, coming across more scenes where her members looked adorable — at least to her. "Woah, Jeongwoo oppa looks good here. The camera and lighting is — oh, no, no!" Eunbyul covered her face with Asahi's hands as 'ORANGE' started playing, cringing from head to toe.
The female's cheeks flushed as she saw Haruto's slight smile. "Oh, Watanabe!" She shook her fists, unable to contain the feeling of how cute Haruto looked on the scene. "Wah, the members are such great actors, and the scenes are put together so well!"
"Please, no. Argh, let's skip!" Eunbyul tried to stop the video when they reached the dodgeball scene where she cried. Yedam and Asahi held her back, watching the rest with intent eyes. "Ah, no." She let out a string of inhuman noises, expressing the dislike towards the scene.
"Eunbyul really cried in this scene. We even took a break," Junghwan pointed out, and Mashiho stopped the video, eyes widened at the new information. No one except Asahi, Jaehyuk and Junghwan were there, so the others didn't really know about what happened. "She couldn't even say her lines the first time, and then she calmed down and we finished it in the second take."
Jaehyuk grimaced, remembering the scene as soon as he saw it. "Oh, this scene is really sad. Byul cried a lot. It was heartbreaking, really," he paused as the boys looked at him, completely oblivious to what had happened. "Me and Asahi were just watching, and then she just started crying. They couldn't use a tear stick on her because of an issue, so she really had to cry and the whole process, I guess, was difficult for her."
"I felt really scared for a second when you cried the first time," Asahi stated, with Yedam pausing the video as the older filled in on the details. "As soon as your head lowered, Jaehyuk and I knew something was wrong. I haven't seen Hoshi cry before, so seeing her cry so hard was a scary experience."
Eunbyul nodded understandingly, leaning against Asahi for comfort as the male placed his arm around her torso. "The staff said to think of sad stuff, and at first, I thought about the hardships we went through, but then my mind just went whack and I had thoughts about ... my mother." She gulped, startled by herself for taking about something she always tried to ignore.
"Sometimes your brain just goes into autopilot and things like that happen," Jihoon commented, filling the awkward silence so the younger wouldn't feel bad. "It's a relief you had Junghwanie, Sahi and Jaehyukkie near you."
"You must've felt bad too, right? I have done the same before and I felt so bad for crying on camera," Yedam added an experience of his own, making Eunbyul smile gratefully. "It's really not something to apologise, but you just can't help but feel bad. It's fine to get feelings like that, that's what helps us to become what we are, anyway."
"I am really happy to have members like you, oppas. Honestly. I haven't had this feeling in a long time, but I feel very lucky."
"T-Bye!"

i will be posting the actual drama chapter on haruto's birthday BUT WHO KNOWS I MIGHT DO IT EARLY IF I CAN'T WAIT
also, please note that i have changed the plot slightly to include eunbyul, and that the ending isn't the one we saw, so please don't be mad if you don't like it, i'm sorry in advance and i really tried my besteu :)
i know it was a friendship story and it lacked drama (tension-wise and stuff) so i tried to add some drama to it through eunbyul, and i guess she's the one who brings it all together with the drama.
i am really sorry it's 5am and i have been up since 3am, so my braincells are just whack right now. hope you guys enjoy!
