Maddie's POV:

I'm with Tsukishima because we are going on a date... I mean library. We are having a hard time fixing our Thesis so we are doing it all over again

But it's fine as long as I'm with him, everything will be fine

"Tsukishima" I called him and he just hummed

"You want to go out later? My treat" I said expecting him to nod but no. He shook his head no. "why?" I whine and wait patiently for him to answer my question.

"why would I say it to you? It's none of your business" he said making me pout. "Can I go to your practice later?" I asked him but he didn't answer

I just stared at him and he clears his throat.
"We are here to finish this fucking thesis, not to stare at me tch" he said.. "sorry" I mumbled and look at my paper.

I glanced at him again and saw his handsome face

So handsome, don't worry I will be your girlfriend. Not now but soon

"I have to go now" he said and stood making me stood up also and grabbed his hand. "where are you going?" I asked him. He easily frees his hand from my hold and walked away.

Maybe if I joined the girls' volleyball team. I will be able to see Tsukishima all the time.

I squeal at my thought but the librarians hush me.

*Timeskip At Girls Gym*

I saw the girls are practicing receiving and I saw Y/N spiking the ball.

"Michimiya-senpai" I called her and she walks towards me.

"Hi, who are you?" she asked me

"oh um, I'm Nakamura Maddie, I'm from class 1-4, first year." I introduced myself to her.

"Oh hi Nakamura-chan what brings you here?" she asked me.

"Please call me Maddie, I was wondering if you have enough space for me? I want to join the team" I said making her shock

"um... What is your position?" she asked me.

"well I'm a left-wing spiker" I said making her smile

"Ok let's go in and warm up" she said and dragged me inside the gym

"GUYS WE HAVE A NEW MEMBER, THIS IS NAKAMURA MADDIE." she announced to the team making them clapped.

"Hi I'm Nakamura Maddie, first year and a left-wing spiker, I hope we can be friends" I introduced myself to them then I saw Y/N glaring at me and I smirked.

Y/N POV

I can't believe Michimiya-senpai approved this girl and WTF why all of the sudden she joined the volleyball club. Isn't she in the photography club?

The worst day in my life

I saw her walking towards me and she waved. "Hi Y/N, I hope you can help me approved" She said and smiled. "yeah" I said and gave her a small smile.

"Y/N, inform the boys that we will be there in 10 mins" Michimiya- senpai said

"Oh, can I do it?" Maddie raised her hand

"Are you Y/N?" I asked her raising my eyebrows and she shook her head no and I rolled my eyes and went to the boys' gym

*At Boys Gym*

I harshly opened the door of the gym making all flinched

"sorry" I mumbled. I went directly to Daichi and told him that the girls will be here in 10 mins.

"Ok guys warm up" he announced and they all complied.

"Daichi, can I borrow Yamaguchi for a sec?" I asked him and he nodded. I grabbed Yamaguchi and sat on the bench.

"So what's up Y/N?" he said

"you can't believe what happened a while ago at our gym-"

"Tsukishimaa" I was interrupted by Maddie who shouted Tsukishima's name

I can feel my blood heating up. "Ok so why is she here?" Yamaguchi asked me.

"well she joined the volleyball team, I DON'T KNOW WHY" I exclaimed. Yamaguchi calmed me down.

"Y/N, start spiking and Yamaguchi goes in line" I coach Ukai said and I nodded. Yamaguchi patted my shoulders " just ignore her" he said and I rolled my eyes.

I started to spike and he received the ball well and next to receive is Maddie. I smirked at her and I threw the ball high so I could spike hard. I spike the ball loudly and after that ...

*thud*

I spiked the ball hard causing a loud thud and a big mark on the floor. Everyone is shocked and silent

"Y/N please don't throw your anger at the innocent ball" coach Ukai and everyone giggled but I rolled my eyes. I glanced at Maddie who is shocked as fuck and scared
