I: INSPIRATION

3rd person POV

Lie-... I mean Lila had manage to fulfill her promise and had turned the class against Marinette. Although, something good came out of this Chloe had decided to apologize to Marinette and they had become Best Friends ever since. The only ones who stood by and believed Mari were Chloe, Kagami, Luka and Nino, who even broke up with Alya because he knows Mari couldn't bully someone much less hurt them. Agreste on the other hand had taken the high road and is still trying to convince Marinette.

Within the first 2 years of Lila's reign, Mari and her friends defeated Hawkmoth and Mayura. Mari and her friends know each others secret identities except Chat because he was coming to the scene only to try to land Ladybug on a date and refused to help, neglecting his duties as a hero...so they took his ring away one night without him knowing and Mari used her magic taught by Master Fu as a Guardian to erase his memories as Chat and anything about the Miraculous.
On with the story...

Mari's POV

I was at school sitting beside Chloe, while Nino was infront of us. Ms. Bustier is discussing and telling us the points that we should review for the final exam. It's been almost 3 years, (A/N: Let's just imagine that they are at their last year of HS ok? Ok. Everyone is either 18 or 19.) I never would have thought that Lila would succed in taking my friends or should I say ex-friends and turning them against me with her lies. Of course Lila got her ex-friends to bully her, the principle just brushed it off, but I've been collecting evidence against them for when I try to sue them.

Anyway class was almost over and Ms. Bustier announced our Final Project, "For your Final Project, you will write an essay about Inspiration. It could be about anything as long as it is connected to the word Inspiration. You will present it on Friday," after she said that the bell rang.

"So Maribug, what are you planning to write for the essay?" Chloe said while packing her bag. "I have a few ideas but I'll think about it more when I get home." I replied standing up. The rest of the class have already went out, much to my relief. Me, Chloe and Nino headed out, we waved goodbye to one another and headed our own ways.

I walked home thinking about the project. I thought about my friends, my real friends who stood by me, my parents who believed me, Paris, everyone who trust, believe and loves me. Sure there's Lila and the class who share a half working brain cell who hate me but, I really don't want to think about that as a negative cause I know who truly are my friends. Lastly, I thought about My Demon.
So with that in mind I got up to my room and started to write my essay.

Friday still Mari's POV

"...and that is why I am my Biggest Inspiration, I hope I inspired you all too," Lie-la finished her presentation, talk about a big ego, I mean her whole essay was all about herself. "Thank you Lila, please take your seat," said Ms. Bustier. "Gurlll that was so good, you did great," Alya exclaimed to Lila while she was sitting down next to her, the flock of sheep, I mean the class except me, Chloe and Nino agreed with Alya. "Awe, Thanks Guysss!" said Lila.

"Marinette please present your essay up front," Ms. said and so I stood up and walked to the front while some of the class tried to trip me but I ended up "accidentally" stepping on their feet.

"Inspiration, it means "something that makes someone want to do something or that gives someone an idea about what to do or create : a force or influence that inspires someone. : a person, place, experience or anything that makes someone want to do or create something. : a good idea." I started off.

"Inspiration can be in any form, anything or anyone. For me, I find inspirstion in many things for example this class. You all inspired me to be more assertive and be careful. My best friends," I looked at Chloe and Nino smiling down at me "inspired me to stand up for myself and change for the better. My Family inspires me to chase my dreams, fulfill them and be successful one day."
