Chapter 19: End?

Sapnap's POV-
George cuts my ropes off and I immediately stand up and grab his hand to start running

Not long after he calls back to Dream,

"I...I love you Dream!" He says quickly

"I...I love you too" He said back and I smiled

Cute...but really not the time

George and I find the exit and run straight out of the library as fast as we could, still holding hands while running

We run for a bit not stopping for anything, seeing we were both too scared to look back or stop for a breather

Once we finally find the end portal room we let go of hands and sit down and relax for a minute or two

"Well...I'm betting Nightmare's back.." I say

"Yeah...I wouldn't doubt it"

"We should probably move quickly" He nods

"Alright so how many did you get?" I say hoping and praying he would say three

He looked into his inventory and pulled out three pearls, I smile widely

"Perfect" I smile and look at him while he walks over to the portal

He quickly placed the last three in and we hear the loud noise of the portal being completed

We sat there looking at each other while occasionally looking back at the portal

"I guess this is it huh..?" I say sadly but excited we're finally leaving this place

"I could get a piece of paper from a book so we could exchange numbers real fast?" I smiled and nodded

He takes out a book and quill from his inventory and opens it and begins writing in the book

"Just hurry or we might not see the end" I say hurriedly and he nods while focused on writing his number down

He finished writing in the book and hands it to me so I take it and begin writing my number down

Once I finish I take the piece of paper we wrote on inside the book and ripped it out and into two pieces, I gave him the one that had my number on it while taking the one that had his

We both opened up our inventory and quickly put the separate pieces of paper in them

Then we heard footsteps coming down the corridor..

"Run!" I yelled and ran to the portal, George did so as well

We both looked back at the entrance to see a shadow of a figure walking up to it

I turn and face George and he faces me, we both look at each other for a second then nod and both turn towards the portal and jump in..

I open my eyes and blink a little bit, looking at everything around me

I look down and see George laying on obsidian, I bend down and help him up

He groans slightly but I get him to his feet, I quickly go into my inventory and pull out a stack of cobblestone

I look at George and ask,

"You okay?"

"Yeah...you ready?"
