Chapter 14: Who's that?

George's POV-
I look at Clover with glee and excitement

"Clover I'm going home buddy!!" I said happily

Clover licked my face and whined

Oh...

"Oh...I'm so sorry buddy...I don't want to leave you but I have no other choice..." I start to tear up a little

Even though I've know you for 8 hours doesn't mean I love you any less...

"I won't be far, but let's savor the time we have right now okay?" I say faking a smile

Clover just barks and I giggle

I love you Clover, I'll miss you

I suddenly realize what we were doing beforehand and quickly took out a shovel from my inventory and started digging downwards

I dug for a while till I found a stone brick, I smiled and braced for the impact

I mined it and jumped down

"Ow" I silently said to myself as I landed, but soon enough I got off the floor and stood on my two legs

I looked around for Clover

Nowhere

"Clover?" I said kind of worryingly

Maybe he'll just get teleported to me in a bit so I should walk around a little

I walked around for a bit and saw the library, I went into the library and saw a chest, I looked in and..

4 pearls??!? I think that's the luckiest anyone could ever be!! Okay so now I have...7, alright

I took the pearls as long with the 2 apples that were in there as well, I stashed them all in my inventory

I was stashing the apples when I heard a floor creak, I turned around very quickly

"Who's there??" I said out to the distance

Silence

"I know you're out there, come out!" I semi-yelled

"N-n-no!" A shaky and apparently scared voice said from the distance, seeming to be male

"I promise I won't hurt you! Please come out" I once again semi-yelled

"P-promise?" ?He? said shakily

"I promise" I said confidently

I saw a figure of a male walk around a corner, short black hair, white headband, white t-shirt with a fire symbol on it, black long sleeve shirt underneath the t-shirt, black pants, and black and white checkered shoes -you're welcome ;)-

"Hi" I said

"Hey.." He said back

"My name is George" I held out my hand

"My name is Sapnap" He reached his hand out for mine and we shook hands

"Nice to meet you Sapnap" I smile letting go of his hand
