ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

This is a quirk that allows you to turn into any into any dragon you know of.
And when I say any dragon, I mean it. That means that you can transform into dragons from TV-shows, movies etc.
But the drawback is that there's a timer. When you transform you have to stay in your dragon form until the timer runs out unless you want to get dragon features such as wings, claws, scales etc. It might not sound bad to be stuck with the dragon features mentioned but getting said features is painful. Although they do also allow you to have abilities you didn't before (wings = flying).
When in your human form you'll also be getting goosebumps a lot, resembling scales.
Overuse of the quirk can lead to not being able to transform back for 6 hours.
