ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

As a possible descendant of a water breathing or acquatic Quirk, Ocean allows you to have the underwater world as your second home.
While we're still talking ancestry, some predecessors of this Quirk could be Mermaid, Acquatic Breath (water breathing) and Acquatic Adaptation.
The main skill this Quirk gives you is the ability to adapt to underwater environments. Think developing a mermaid tail, gills, webs between your fingers and toes etc.
Other things this Quirk gives you the ability to do: • water breathing - the user is able to breathe in both air and water • liquid manipulation - the user is able to manipulate anything liquid. Slightly weaker than an actual Liquid Manipulation Quirk. • zoolingualism - the user is able to communicate with animals, but only those who's natural habitats are in water • making bubbles - self explanatory. These bubbles can also be used to restrain people and/or opponents (think hydro Abyss Mage).
HERO NAME IDEAS: Atlantis, Merla (a combination of mermaid and perla which means pearl in Croatian), Dolpheen/Dolpheena (literally just dolphin but make it look ✨aesthetic✨)
