With the help of this Quirk, you can make paper fans out of nothing.
They're super sharp but often break easily cause they're made out of thin paper. They don't necessarily have to be made out of thin paper but it takes more effort and energy to create fans with a thickness in mind.
Making fans takes energy away from the user, but only after the fans are destroyed. Unfortunately, you can't make the fans disappear at will (they have to be destroyed to do that).
