quirk ideas i came up with + hero costumes, names and titles to go along with them.

ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

It allows the you to 'spawn' or 'make' whatever or whoever you want. To activate the quirk you have to start the sentence with "I wish for/that..." For example, you state the following: "I wish for a lollipop." and in this case, a lollipop will appear.
Though a really strong Quirk, the effects of the wishes only last a certain amount of time. This is only one of the weaknesses / downfalls of the Quirk.
Some other downfalls regarding time are these, including the one stated previously as no. 1.
(1) the effects of the Quirk only last a certain amount of time, starting with 20 minutes. This time period can be extended with enough training.
(2) The bigger the wish is the more time it'll take to appear.
(3) The more wishes you 'use' the more you loose your voice. This is bad because, as stated previously, you have to talk to activate this quirk.
(4) Due to loosing your voice you can only wish for a certain amount of things/people to appear until you can't talk anymore and therefore, activate your quirk.
(5) When spawning people and/or other things, there is a certain size limit. It being 10x10x10 meters.
Also, to spawn a clone of someone you had to meet them before. When the person's clone appears they can still use their quirks and you can control them but they (the clone) will only be half as strong as the original person.
For example, if you spawn a clone of Bakugo he would only be able to throw the softball around 350 meters instead of the 705 meters that we see him throw in the quirk assessment test at the start of the school year.
