The user can connect their mind with someone else's using this Quirk. They can also connect other people's minds.
When they connect their mind with another person the user can hear their thoughts and the person can hear the thoughts of the user. Same thing with if they connect other people's minds: person A can hear person B's thoughts, and person B can hear person A's thoughts.
Drawbacks include headaches if the Quirk is used for too long.
Also, I think it'd be funny if they had to wear a quirk-cancelling bracelet during exams.
