quirk ideas i came up with + hero costumes, names and titles to go along with them.

ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

This Quirk allows you to manipulate atoms. It's really as simple as that.
Now, since you can manipulate matter, that also means you can shapeshift. This can be done by rearranging the atoms in your body. Though you can only shapeshift into things and/or animals smaller then yourself since you can't really create atoms out of nowhere, they have to be already existing ones. But, you can 'store them up' and then combine them with the ones in your body, and therefore shapeshift into things/animals bigger then yourself. And because of that you're really compatible with people that have creation or size related Quirks. I'll be using Mt. Lady as the first example.
Alright, so lets say that Mt. Lady is in her giant form. Now since she's in her giant form you can take atoms away from her body and it won't affect her 'real size' body. And with those atoms you can create different objects or weapons to help you fight.
While we're on the topic of shapeshifting I'd like to mention that your body is immune to injuries caused by your own Quirk. And by that I mean that if you take atoms from your own body you won't get injured. Sure your arm will look weird and all distorted but it won't cause you any pain. You'll still feel like your whole hand is there when it might just be half gone. (Which is also kind of a bad thing--)
When taking atoms away from your own body you can't choose the spot you're taking them away from. That's on the randomness to choose. And also, this spot will change every 2-6 hours.
When you're shapeshifting yourself or other things, excluding all other living beings, all the atoms you move become indestructible. Meaning that you could technically 'copy' Kirishima's Quirk, though it looks more like Tetsutetsu's. (It's silver for whatever reason)
And while we're on the topic of moving atoms, I'd like to tell you that you can teleport the atoms as long as you've touched the outer layer of the item before. You can also use this on living beings but it's almost impossible since you have to touch all of their surface, which is extremely awkward and it takes a lot of energy.
The side-effects of using your Quirk are parts of your body falling off. Yep. You heard me right, falling off. The actual parts of the body that fall of are the spots that you take away atoms from when taking them from your own body. This happens because when you move atoms the ones in your body weaken. And as they're weakening your body is too. When those atoms get to a certain point they'll completely let go of one of the other ones surrounding them, and it's most likely that the part of the body they're situated in will fall of, but it also doesn't have to. It reall depends on how much you used your Quirk.
It's also worth mentioning that not all of the atoms will weaken, only certain ones. And once again, those are 'chosen' randomly.
