ー not all quirks have hero names and costumes. most of the more recent ones also have hero titles, but- again- not all of them do

The user can convert luminous energy (sunlight) into power. Because of this, they are the most powerful at noon, when the sun shines the brightest.
Obviously, since they're most powerful when the sun is out, they're a daylight hero!
As with any other Quirk, this one has it's pros and cons too.
The pros include them being immune to getting sunburnt and all of the harmful solar radiation has no effect on them.
The only con is that the weather decides the mood. If it's sunny the user will feel powerful and confident, but if it's cloudy/rainy they'll feel weaker, less confident and overall worse.
I feel like it would make sense that they really enjoy being outside, but only if it's sunny because of the whole 'the weather controls the mood' thing.
