This idea I got from the title of an fem deku story. the basic premise is that a fem izuku is taken in by all for one when she was very young and became a person famous in the blackmarket and underground for hiding secrets and things one wants to hide from the public. She is heavily pursued by the heros who want to find her identity and bring the secrets she is hiding to the public.
The title she is given by the heros and underground is "the keeper". Her quirk would be something like Mr.compresses's quirk to allow her to Hide the secrets. The best places That I could think of would be a graveyard. though if you could think of something else to use.
do remember that she does not work with the other members of the league of villains very often due to the nature of the work she does requiring her to stay as hidden as possible to lower the risk of her getting caught by the heros and police.
