In this story have shirou emiya or counter guardian Emiya get sent to the world of danmachi. He would get along with hephaestus quite well after all he uses tracing to make swords and weapons and when he does he sees the process of the weapon's creation. He can also fit in Mama Mia's inn due to him being extordinarily gifted with his cooking abilities.
How one would get him to the danmachi universe, the most logical solution would be the 2nd magic user Zelretch trying to cure his boredem. This is used in most stories using shirou.
