The Dream of Man

Where men fail the children suffer.

Innocence is measured in blood...

the currency of agony and pain.

Heavy is the heart that cries,

shedding tears for dreams that will not come.

Innocence, a dream men would hope for.

Man cries, "I dream of a shining city.

One that I shall build with mine own hands."

But he knows, he knows that to dream can be no more.

Darkness falls where men shall wonder.

With death to follow soon there after.

No more will the mind dream of shining city.

"And death shall have no dominion."

But here, in this lands rules he of cold heart.

How long will he reign?
