(Y/n) POV

I sat at the Wangshu inn's roof, watching the sunset. "God it's so pretty.." I mumbled, wrapping my arms around my knees. The wind blew a colder breeze than earlier. I sighed ignoring the quiet creaks of the roof.

The sky grew darker, revealing countless stars. "Hey, take it." A jacket hit me, making me lean forward. "Really? Xiao you couldn't you have given it to me nicer?" I asked, looking up at him. "Could have." He replied sitting down next to me, a navy jacket rested on him, sliding off his shoulders.

"And you say I'll be cold." I poked his shoulder, watching him flinch a tiny bit. I laugh putting the jacket on. "Thank you though. It's nice you thought of me." I didn't gain a verbal response but he rested his head on my shoulder, leading me to smile looking at him.

I pulled him onto my lap, despite his small protests. His face held a rose shade and a hidden smile. "Aww your smiling~." I teased him, watching him hid his face. "Shut up," He mumbled hiding his face in my shoulder. "My cute Adepti." I kissed his head, having him laugh quietly.
