The boys are settled at a motel, Shay was fast asleep cuddled up underneath the bed. Sam enters the motel room and looks at Dean who is snuggled up with Shay and shakes head, he nods at Dean confirming that he has a case and says "Over the past year, several women have gone missing. Dead bodies all washed up later in the bay, too deteriorated to draw firm conclusions" he smiles as Shay clings to Dean's arm
"But no hearts?" questioned Dean
"No hearts. They were all hookers working Hunters Point. Now, cops are trying to keep things under wrap, but theyre looking for a serial killer" Sam explained
"And the Lunar cycle?" asked Dean
"Mm-hmm. Yeah, month after month, all the murders happen in the week leading up to the full moon" answered Sam
"Which is this week right?" asked Dean
Sam nods and shakes head at Dean smiling like a weirdo "Dean, could you be a bigger geek about this?"
"Im sorry, man, but what about a human by day, a freak animal killing machine by moonlight dont you understand? I mean, werewolves are badass. We havent seen one since we were kids" explained Dean "now Shay gets to see a werewolf"
" Okay, Sparky. And you know what? After we kill it, we can go to Disneyland" replied Sam
Dean smirks at Sam "You know what the best part about it is? We already know how to bring these suckers down" holding up a silver bullet "One of these bad boys right to the heart. So, whats our next move?"
"Talk to the girl who found the body but first wake Shay up and get him dressed" said Sam
Sam wakes Shay up and gets him dressed, They get in the Impala and drive to the girl's Madison apartment who lets the boys inside
"I don't understand, I already gave my statement" said Madison
"Right well we just need to verify things" replied Sam "you must be pretty shaken up, you were Nate Mulligan assistant right?"
"For two years yes, I knew a lot about him. He was a nice guy" replies Madison
"But?" questioned Sam
" Nothing, really. I – He had a few scotches in him, and he'd started hitting on anyone in a five-mile radius. You know the type" explained Madison
"Yeah I do actually" said Sam
"Did he uh have any enemies?" asked Dean
"What do you mean?" asked Madison "it's sure looked like an animal attack"
"Animals I like animals" mumbles Shay
"No, yeah, were just covering all the bases. Anyone that might have had a beef with him – a former client, an ex?" explained Dean
"This is embarrassing but my ex Boyfriend Kurt" said Madison
"Does Kurt have a last name?" asked Dean
"Mueller. After we broke up, he went kind of nuts. Hes well, hes kind of been stalking me. He got it in his head that something was going on between Nate and I. He showed up at my office" Madison explained
"What happened?" asked Sam
"Kurt got into it with Nate, threw a punch before security grabbed him. I was lucky to keep my job" answered Madison
"When was the last time you saw Kurt?" asked Dean
"A few nights ago. Actually, the night Nate died. We were all grabbing drinks at this bar, and Kurt showed up" explained Madison
