Flufftober prompt - 11. Radiance

Like a bright full moon that pours pools of luminescence into the darkness, like the rising sun that bathes us in wonderful streaks of a yellow ray. You bring ethereal light everywhere you go, emitting vibes of charm that idiots seem to be so drawn to.

I am one of those idiots, blinded by your kindness, your beauty, your strengths, your weaknesses, your flaws. Everything. From the grass you call hair, to your honey brown eyes that make me melt every time they meet mine. I know I don't deserve you. I don't deserve to be graced with your pleasant presence nor the sparing compliments you shower on me.

It must come from your natural allure. That captivating glamour of yours, glimmering over so bright. Everytime I witness any action of yours, I can't help but feel... fascinated. Even down to the way you act, you're so... interesting. Far more interesting than anyone could give you credit for.

Somehow... you've enchanted me with that dazzling grin of yours. You've enchanted me with your everything, to the slightest detail. I can't get over you. I won't get over you. I refuse to get over you because this emotion I can't stop... feeling brings me something I don't think I could have ever obtained otherwise. My heart yearns for you and only you. It beats erratically for you and only you.

I want nothing more than you to feel the same, but that's impossible. Waking up next to you is nothing but a foolish fantasy that I want to come true. Everytime you catch me staring, it's almost as if you know the truth. As if you know how much I want nothing more than to chase after you for the rest of my life if it meant staying by your side.

And, as idiotic as it sounds, I'd keep going.

But you already knew that much.

You know how much I want nothing more than to bask in your brilliant light, to be able to present myself in your vivid and crazy dreams. You know how much I love you, how far I am willing to go for you, why I'd go to such lengths and the reason why I won't risk it and tell you because you know me. You know it all. I've given you everything. All of it.

Well, almost anyways.

And you know I'd give more if I could. The reason I never told you was because I knew you already knew yourself. You know I'm right. I know I'm right, and that's fine. I'm fine.

Use me as much as you'd like. I would bleed myself dry for you if you asked. I would dive face first into hell for you if you asked. I would kill and die for you if you asked. I would and have done anything and everything. If it meant staying together, I would do it.

Gon, you will only remember me as a faint memory. Someday, you'll find someone worthy of you and you will stop at nothing to make them happy. You'll ask me to be your best man and I'll say yes because I just cannot say no. I will look at this panoramic girl you will soon call your wife in the eye and wish you the best. I will support you in your highs and hug you when you cry during your lows. I will make sure you won't ever suffer from heartbreak alone.

I want you to be happy. Content. I want you to keep your blinding light alive because Gon, you're my light. You're the moon that guides me through the darkness. You're the sun that shines and showers happiness onto me. You're the starlight that brightens my dark night sky. You're the firefly that glows faintly in the fading light of the evening.
