Chapter 1: Wedding Bells

Nervous. Maybe too nervous. Barley wiped his brow as he adjusted his tie in the mirror. There was a knock on the door as Ian entered the room where Barley was getting ready. "Hey Barley, the wedding is almost ready and everyone is almost here," Ian told his brother. Barley looked down, sighed, and rubbed his arm. Ian walked over to him. "Barley? What's wrong?" Ian asked his brother. "It's just...it's just...what if I screw up again in front of Elsa? What if we never speak each other again? Or worse!" Barley panicked. "Maybe I'm not cut out for her. Maybe this was a bad idea," Barley sighed. Ian thought for a moment then smiled as he put his hand on Barley's shoulder. "You know, Elsa is really happy to have you, Barley. She's your best friend and soulmate. Maybe you should give yourself a chance," Ian said. Barley turned around. "What do you mean?" Barley asked. "Let's just say I have had a lot going on in my life but you were always there for me when I needed you. Now Elsa needs you. Just be there for her like you did for me and dad. That will make you and her life better. Together." Ian told Barley. Barley smiled. "You know? You're right. Thanks Ian," Barley said. "Just doing my job as your brother," Ian said as Barley noogied him. Just then, Colt entered the dressing room. "You boys ready?" Colt asked. "Ready as I'll ever be," Barley smiled as they all headed out of the dressing room.

"I can't wait to see what Elsa looks like!" Vanellope Von Schweetz said full of excitement. "I bet she'll look wonderful, sweetie," Laurel said as she adjusted Vanellope's flower girl dress. Suddenly, Leni Loud jumped out from behind the dressing curtain. "TA-DA! What do you think?" Leni asked proudly. All the girls in the dressing room look dumbfounded. "Uh Leni, that looks like a Christmas dress," Violet Parr said. "Oh really? I didn't notice! Oh well!" Leni smiled. "Guys! Elsa's ready!" Anna said. Bruni ran up on Vanellope's shoulder and sat there to get a good view of Elsa's wedding dress. Elsa walked out with a flowing white gown with snowflakes and sparkles. Her flowing white hair was in a high ponytail. Her shoes were glistening white like diamonds. All the girls in the room were in awe. "Oh Elsa, you look amazing!" Laurel said hugging Elsa. All the girls commented on Elsa's appearance. "Barley's gonna freak!" Leni said. "Thank you everyone," Elsa beamed. Just then, Mikey, Leo, Walter, and Ian all entered the room. "What up everybody?" Mikey said kissing Anna on the cheek. "All good here!" Anna said. "I'm glad you and your brothers could make it Leo," Elsa told the blue masked ninja turtle. "No problem Elsa," Leo smiled. Colt walked in along with Barley's roommates, teammates, and Leo's brothers, Donnie, and Raph. "According to my calculations, the wedding should start any time now," Donnie told everyone. "If someone evil shows up, I'll tell them who's boss!"
Raph said. Elsa smiled as everyone headed out to the ceremony.

Everybody was sitting in the pews as the wedding music began to play. Vanellope walked down the isle first, spreading snow all around. Colt took Elsa's arm as they were about to go down the aisle. "You look great, Elsa. Barley will be very proud," Colt said. Elsa blushed at her new father in law. "Thank you," she said. 'Here Comes the Bride' began to play as Colt walked his new daughter in law down the path to Barley. Everyone oohed and ahed at Elsa. Barley couldn't believe his eyes. He stared at her in amazement as she came closer. She's so beautiful, Barley thought to himself as Elsa stood right next to him. Barley and Elsa turned to face each other as the priest said the words for the ceremony. "Elsa, do you take Barley Lightfoot to be your lawfully wedded husband?" asked the priest. "I do," Elsa replied. "And Barley, do you take Elsa to be your lawfully wedded wife?" the priest asked again. "I do," Barley replied, beaming with joy. "Now I pronounce you husband and wife! You may kiss the bride," the priest said as everyone cheered. "Kiss me?" Barley whispered to Elsa as Elsa jumped to return the favor. They kissed passionately as everyone clapped and shouted happy thoughts along with praises to the new couple. After the ceremony was the wedding party! Everyone danced and gave toasts to the newlyweds. After that, Elsa tossed the bouquet of flowers and it landed in front of Violet Parr who was sitting next to Ian. They both put their hands on the bouquet and blushed at each other. "Hi," said Ian as Violet said hey back to him and they both looked away, still embarrassed at what had occurred. Everybody had a fun time at the party! At the party, Barley and Elsa sang:
