Electronic devices that accepts input, processes an output data
It works under control of programs stored in its storage
Data is raw facts put into a computer for processing
Information is just the output after processing
Program will be instructions set to control how the data works to give out desired information
Input is anything that goes in the computer memory
Output is anything going out of computer memoty
Softcopy is what can be seen but not touched
Hard-copy is what can be touched and seen, an output from computer using printer or any related devices
Keys are buttons on keyboard which when pressed show a character on monitor
A computer is divided into two system software and hardware
Hardware are the physical components if the computer
This can be touched, felt and seen
Hardware examples are the input, output and the unit
