eight | we're good?

THAT EVENING, SIRIUS BLACK LEARNT that his little brother, married his ex girlfriend, Marianna Roson. They had a daughter, Carina Black.

"So, your father is Regulus?"

Carina nodded her head. She stood up straight, straigtened her wrinkle robes and said, "It's late. I have to go."

Sirius stood up, slouching a little bit. Carina who notice it cannot help but scolded him, "A Black never slouch."

Hearing that, Sirius smirked and asked, "Walburga raised you didn't she?"

Carina glanced at him, not answering his question. She opened the door and stopped hearing his uncle's stomach. She sighed, mentally debating what shoud she do.

She was sure if Walburga heard about this, she will be furious. She turned to his uncle and gave him some chocolate frogs and a licorice wand. "You're a bloodtraitor but still my uncle. Here, don't die." With that she exitted herself, leaving Sirius with questions.

A few weeks passed, and it was monday morning. They got divination with Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. Sure Hermione Granger is a muggleborns but she can made a dramatic exit.

Daphne snickered under her breath watching Professor Trelawny's reaction. She spent the day with Theo and Daphne as usual. But she did notice that certain green eyed boy was staring at her too.

Everytime their eyes met, he will be the one who broke it, pretending he didn't stare at her. It quites amusing for Carina really. That's why, at the midnight, she wore her uniform and walked silently to the astronomy tower.

She met Hermione Granger on the way. Hermione, noticed that Carina didn't carry any book decided to ask her, "Where's your book?"

Carina glanced at her and notice she really forgot her book, she bit her cheek and took out her wand, "Accio astronomy book."

Hermione raised an eyebrow, thinking Carina was joking. Summoning charm wasn't easy. That's why when Carina's book really flew to her hand she couldn't help but widened her eyes and amazed.

Carina smirked slightly and said, "By the way, nice exit on divination, Granger. Hoping to see more."

Hermione smiled at the black haired girl, realize that Carina Black wasn't fully evil.

Sunday was supposed to be fun. But Carina was having a bad day. Her head turning nonstop it she felt like passed out. Seeing this, Theo and Daphne decided to send her to Hospital Wing. She spent saturday on the hospital wing.

She woke up on the evening, noticing a passed out Harry. Anyone can see that Carina was actually worried for this boy. While Hermione was calming Ron down, Carina walked slowly to Harry's bed.

She couldn't help but brushed his hair from his forehead. He looked so peaceful and innocent. Harry stirred at his sleep. He opened his eyes only to find his favorite pair of eyes staring back at him.

"C-carina..?"

Carina smiled a the sight but before she can respond anything Hermione talked to Harry, "Harry!"

Hermione gave Carina a look but there are more important things right now. Carina walked back to her back and sat, observing how dirty are Harry, Ron and Hermione.

They talked about Sirius Black was innocent when Dumbledore came in. He explained things that don't make anysense but Hermione seemed to understand it.

Hermione looked at Ron and said, "Sorry, Ron but seeing you can't walk." Hermione took out a necklace and Carina knew that thing.

Carina gasped, "Is that time turner?"

Hermione looked at her, wondering, "H-how did you- nevermind." She spun the time turner three time just like Dumbledore told her.

A few seconds after that, Harry and Hermione showed up from the hospital wing door. Ron looked so confused, "How did you get there? You were over there.." Ron kept mumbling.

Hermione looked at Harry, "What is he talking about, Harry?"

Harry shrugged, "I don't know. Honestly, Ron how can somebody be at two places at one?"

Carina let out a genuine laughed and Harry caught her eyed. He let out a small smile, hearing her laugh.

The next day, Carina walked alone to the great hall. She wore a smile, a genuine one. "Black!" She heard someone called her. She looked back, finding Harry ran towards her.

Carina opened her mouth to greet him but Harru beat her to it, "Before you gave me lectures, I just want to say sorry for crossing the line. I know I shouldn't have judge you like that. It's just-" Harry took a deep breath, looking at Carina with plea eyes, "Forgive me, please? I'm sorry. And thank you for not reporting Sirius when you met him."

Carina gave her charming smirk and spoke up, "I was going to say hi actually but that works."

Harry beamed at her words, "So, Black, we're good?"

"We're good, Potter." Carina walked backwards to the great hall, her face still facing Harry, "for now at least." She finished with a wink.

Harry chuckled at the black haired girl and walked to the great hall only to find a firebolt, a give from Sirius.
