Aria's POV

I loved my Zoology professor a lot because of three reasons.

One, he taught very well
Second, he was really cute
Third, I was undeniably in love with him

And you know what I think he is also in love with me because he always treat me kindly.

I know just by the way he looks at me that he has a crush on me!

And if your going to ask me about the age gap, let me just say Age is just a number. Love can happen to anyone despite what age, gender, or anything like that. 

So the love between Mr. Zhang and me should not be such a problem since he is not married and I am twenty year old adult. 

I sighed caressing the rose I had brought for Mr. Zhang as I was going to propose him today after class. I already know what is going to happen. 

Oh you guys want to know? Since your begging so much I will tell you.

You see when I give the rose to him he will smile charmingly and confess his long lost crush for me. Then I will smile and accept his request for making me his girlfriend. After that we will kiss and go on a lots of dates. Then finally we will get married and I will give birth to two Aria jr. 

I sighed dreamily but my thoughts were interrupted by the shrill ringing of the bell that indicated that the class was over.

I smirked and walked over to Mr. Zhang's car and saw him coming towards me.

"Hello Miss Martinez, Can I know what you're doing here?" Mr. Zhang asked politely

Such a tease. 

Pretending to not love me. 

I giggled and gave him the rose, but instead of taking it he looked at me confused.

I breathed loudly, frustrated. Now was he gonna act like he didn't know anything?

"I don't understand Miss Martinez. Why are you giving me a rose?"

"Because I love you duh!" I said snorting 

"What?" He almost shrieked, eyes widening 

Wait, Didn't he love me?

Of course he did. Mr. Zhang is just teasing you..

"This is unacceptable Miss Martinez, You should have at least thought about our respective age and profession before approaching me" Mr. Zhang said sternly "And I am a married man with two kids please stop whatever your doing"

I looked at him with open mouth

He was married? And had two children?

Am I trying to be a mistress? Hm that's not bad.

"Please Mr. Zhang accept me! I am heads over heels in love with you" I said clinging on to him

Before he could reply another voice interrupted us

"What is going on here Miss Martinez?"a sweet voice asked sternly 

I turned around to see Miss Zhang our history professor walking towards us. 

"Oh nothing Miss Zhang I am just talking to Mr. Zhang"

"Its Mrs. Zhang, Aria" She said kindly "And what were you talking to him?"

"And that's none of your business" I snapped

(Hmm which weapon to use today?)

"Well its of course my business if your going to cling on to my husband like glue" Miss Zhang said smiling softly and kissed Mr. Zhang on the cheek while he smiled at her warmly, ears tinted red.

(Me: Oh so no weapons today?
Hazel: Nope
Me: I am disappointed you know
Hazel: But we should always choose non-violence and-
Me: Fine! But next chapter Nico will allow me. Right Nico?
Nico: I want to kill her so hell yeah
Me: Good boi!)

"Your husband?" I asked confused

"Yeah didn't you notice the surnames. I am Hazel Zhang and he is Frank Zhang. We have been married for almost ten years and have two beautiful children"

"I don't believe this!" I screamed

"Well sweetie we have to go its almost time" Hazel said looking at sun

"Yeah lets go" Frank said swiftly and they both got inside the car

I watched them gaping not knowing what to think.

Third Person's POV

"Can't believe its been ten years" Frank said smiling softly

"I know, It almost feels like yesterday" Hazel muttered putting her head on his shoulder 

"I love you, you know that right?" Frank said kissing her forehead

"I know. I love you for an eternity" She whispered

"Me too and no one can rewrite this beautiful story." Frank said humming sweetly

(Are you throwing shade at me Mr. Frank Zhang?)

"Put on some good music. Lets enjoy this anniversary" Hazel said 

"As you wish Mrs. Zhang" He said playfully

Hazel giggled and they both hummed sweetly, enjoying the peaceful day filling it with love and care they had for each other. Because they knew their story was not something that can be broken by any stupid mortal ever.
