Ch 3- The office

I woke up to Daniel shaking my shoulder. I started opening my eyes. I wasn't a fan of being touched.
I got startled a little bit when he woke me up.
"What?.." I mumble sleepily
"Time to get up.." he says
I flutter my eyes open more and he was wearing dark blue scrubs his hair was in a nice quiff and was wearing glasses.
"I don't want to.." I mumble sleepily

"I have to take you to my office" he says

I sit up in bed and run my eyes and my vision became clearer.
"Why?.." I whine
"Because you need a checkup" he says

I sigh and get out of bed. Daniel goes downstairs so i can get ready
I go to my closet and get an oversized t shirt that was tie dye and black leggings and white no show socks on. I then brush my hair and put it into two French braids and finally brush my teeth.
I then head downstairs.
Daniel has cut up some fruit and yogurt for us.
I didn't eat much at the orphanage mostly soup, bread, bananas and apples and water.

I sit at the table and he hands me a bowl.
"Go ahead and enjoy" he smiles
"Thank you" I say and pick up the spoon and began eating it. It was really good. "This is really good" I giggle
"It's just yogurt and fruit" he chuckles
I laugh "it's just really good"
After breakfast I finished my bowl out and set in the sink so did Daniel. He loaded the dishwasher.
Then he grabbed his keys and jacket and headed to the garage, I followed him and grabbed my hoodie. Then once we were in the garage we got our shoes on and got in the car.

We drove to the office and it was a silent ride. I was actually terrified to go to his office. I never went tot he dentist before. I know I take decent care of my teeth.
We arrive to the office and park the car. He got out but I refused to get out of the car.
Daniel looks at me with sadness in his eyes.
"There is nothing to be afraid of sweetheart" he said calmly
"I.. I don't want to P-Please don't make me" I say as tears began welling up in my eyes.
He sighs. "I guess we won't be going to the mall then"
"I want to go to the mall" I mumble
"Please let me give you a checkup then" he says
I sigh and decide to get out of the car, he offered his hand which I refuse to take.
We go toward the building and Daniel unlocks it and leads me inside. We went through a door which lead to the back and opened another door which was his office.
"Is this your office?" I ask
"Yea, there's a few other ones too" he says
"Who's are they?" I ask
"One is my orthodontist and one is the other dentist who works here" he says
"What's the other dentists name" I say

"His name is Tyler Willows" he said
"What's the orthodontist name" I say
"His name is Caleb Willard" he says

"Oh" I say

"So we shall head to the exam room" he says and lends a hand

"I don't want to" I say quietly

"It will be quick" he says

I roll my eyes takes his hand and we go to the exam room
