"Oh, no! I knew it was only a matter of time! APPA ATE MOMO!"

He pulled Appa's mouth open and jumped inside yelling,

"Momo, I'm coming for you, buddy!"

Katara rested her head in her hand, clearly fed up and told him,

"Sokka, Appa didn't eat Momo. He's probably with Aang."

Sokka yelled back,

"That's just what Appa wants you to think!"

I snapped,

"Get our of the bison's mouth, Sokka. We have a real problem here. Aang is nowhere to be found and the comet is only two days away."

Katara turned to me,

"What should we do, Zuko?"

"I don't know..."

All of them continued to stare at me.

"Why are you all looking at me?"

"Well, you are kind of the expert on tracking Aang."

Toph chimed in,

"Yeah, if anyone's got experience hunting the avatar, it's you."

I took a moment to contemplate the situation before jumping onto Appa and telling everyone to get on.

As nightfall came, we were almost there, Sokka leaned over the saddle to ask me,

"Zuko, I don't wanna tell you how to do your job, but why are we heading towards the Earth Kingdom? There's no way Aang's there."

"Just trust me."

As we entered the old bar, Katara raised an eyebrow,

"And the reason you've brought us to a seedy Earth Kingdom tavern is what now?"

I pointed forwards,

"June."

Sokka exclaimed,

"Oh, yeah! That weird bounty hunter with the giant mole!"

Suki scrunched her eyebrows in confusion,

"Mole? Her skin is flawless."

"No, she has this giant mole-creature she rides around on."

I took a step towards her as I replied to Sokka,

"The shirshu. The only animal that can track Aang's scent anywhere in the world. It's the one shot we have at finding him."

As June slammed a man into the table and flipped another one behind her before taking a sip from her drink, Toph stepped forwards and  smiled,

"I don't know who this June lady is, but I like her!"

Sokka furrowed his eyebrows and said,

"Hey, I remember why I remember her! She helped you attack us!"

I sighed,

"Yep. Back in the good old days."

As I walked towards her, June spoke first,

"Oh, great. It's Prince Pouty. Where's your creepy grandpa and your little body guard?"

I furrowed my eyebrow,

"He's my uncle. And he's not here, and neither is Y/N... and she's not my bodyguard."

She darted her eyes to Katara,

"I see you worked things out with your girlfriend."

We were both taken back before immediately yelling in unison,
