Three years after her grandmother died, Ash is struggling to survive, but everything changed when her adoptive siblings bring back Aang, an airbender, and trigger a Fire Nation raid on their village. Alas, like every main female character in fiction, she also has her fair share of secrets to keep. Her time has come to travel the world and find a way to heal her sight, all while being chased by a banished Prince and his loving Uncle. Will they find a way to coexist? Or will the Fire Nation snuff out the hopes of rebellion forever? (This is a fanfic. I can only assume you already know. Inconsistent update schedule.) Things you should know! Ash, the OC in this story, has been blinded. Due to the in story explanation, one of her main character motivations is to find a way to heal herself and regain her vision. This story is not meant to be derogatory or offensive towards anyone who is on the blind or visually impaired spectrum. The chapters for the episodes "The Storm" and "The Blue Spirit" have been swapped to better serve the narrative. Our protagonist Ash is seventeen, and Zuko has been aged up to be eighteen. Some timeline things have been moved to reflect this. Kya's death, Lu Ten's death, and Zuko's banishment all happen two years before they did in canon. The Fire Nation ship at the South Pole was also stranded much later in this story. I don't own Avatar the Last Airbender or any of it's characters/ideas.

After Zuko burned down a village on Kyoshi Island for his mission to capture the avatar and of course to restore his honour, it left a deep scar on the kyoshi warriors, this was the trigger that finally enraged them to really do something about the fire nation, they craved to see fire nation empathise with their pain. Yuka, one of the kyoshi warriors, a brave character who thinks she has her morals straightened out like ducks in a row, was appointed an under cover mission to be a double agent to take Zuko down and slow down his chase for Aang. Although to her surprise with all the pressure of living under a new identity to fool Zuko and his fire nation crew, the task certainly didn't make it out to be easy as she expected.

Water, earth, fire, air. The avatar Aang defeated the fire lord. Everyone knows Aang's story, but something or rather someone was left out of: Satomi, the avatar's guardian. The guardian's life is tied to the avatar's life directly, and the guardian can't be a much of guardian if he or she can't fight. So the guardian can bend all four elements and use the avatar state like an avatar. The only downside, of course, is if the avatar is mortally wounded the guardian's life force is drawn on to save the avatar. Satomi wants to severe this tie because unlike the avatar the guardian can not be healed with water bending. The guardian, however, can not replace the avatar. Satomi shouldn't have been born, and she has been shunned her whole life for it. Follow Satomi's journey alongside Aang and team avatar. Her is past is tied to Aang's, but what will the future hold. Satomi's past is dark, and so is her future unless things change and soon. She battles along side Aang and team avatar, but there is a battle of her own she must fight. A battle that was never told. A fight she has to win or risk losing her avatar and the person she has vowed to protect even though she wants nothing more than to get out of the guardian business. The young teenager struck a cord in her, and she has deemed herself responsible for him ever since. You'll have to read to discover who this mysterious person is, and to see whether or not Satomi can scrape out with her life not to mention the lives of her friends. And what will happen when her past returns to haunt her? Do the other discover her secrets? The biggest question of all though is what happens to her when she severs the tie? Read to find out.

Rei is a previous Fire Nation girl that ran away after discovering herself. She made a friend, Airon; and although he isn't human, he's the only one who understood her. After undergoing her training, she and Airon set out to find the truth behind the world. The truth behind history. Just as they succeeded, Airon got stolen by sandbenders. Now Rei travels with Aang and his group, in search of both of their companions. But as time progressed and they all got reunited, Rei realized that her Fire Nation heritage will never leave her. Now, she's on the run.

They named the capital of this great land Republic City. Avatar Aang accomplished many remarkable things in his life, but sadly, his time in this world came to an end. And like the cycle of the seasons, the cycle of the Avatar began anew. Only the Avatar can master all four elements and bring balance to the world. The year is 253 AG, and we have a new Avatar named Kairo. As he struggles with airbending, he faces his first mission. Kairo, Gyila, and Mona face a new threat from the Northern Water Tribe, much like the Unalaq incident. Only this time, his grandson Varran wants to free Vaatu, who has been growing inside of Raava this whole time. Will these three young adults be able to defeat Vaatu? Or will the world be caught in the darkness? This is a fanfiction that is set after Avatar Korrra's demise. Most of the characters are original characters. I do not own the ATLA & LoK universe by any means. Most of the plot is canon. Maybe a few adjustments can be made along the way.

She extended her hand, about to summon a waterbending skill, but her head hit the hard rock before she could even raise a hand, and she slid limply down the rest of the slope, towered the portal of inpending doom at the end of her drop. As if in an impluse, Zuko leaped forward, outstretching a hand to grab her, but for his good deed, he lost his footing and slipped, tumbling down with Katara and into the portal to his doom.

Fire is deadly and can leave a path of destruction along the way, fire can scar. But so can Water. Like Fire, water can freeze into ice and can leave many cuts and scars. Both can be deadly when misused. Water and Fire can't be too different. Or are they? Zuko is a fire bender, but not just any fire bender he is the son of the fire lord. Kadia is a water bender, the daughter of the village Chief. When events lead to Kadia being captured by the fire nation Prince she realises that although Fire and Water are often referred to as opposites, they might not be so different after all. Kadia learns to realises that the many lessons she learnt growing up where nothing but prejudice. Or where they? Can she get over her emotional scars and learn to heal? Or was everything she witnessed an elaborate act all along made by the fire prince and his uncle? An act to trick her in letting her guard down and betray her siblings and the Avatar. Will she be able to trust again or does this scar run too deep to heal? She has been sent back in time by her uncle, Firelord Zuko, with a memory he has of her in his teenage days. Amber must make sure history happens the way it was destined to- or the world will suffer a terrible fate. That, and she might cease to exist.

Sokka X Reader Trigger Warning: Slight abuse and maltreatment Y/N is running from her past and trying to find answers, she sees things no other does. Sokka doesn't trust her and knows she's hiding something. They both have to work together to help the GAang and end the war. Maybe they'll fall in love too. *Sokka and the rest of the GAang are aged up, one to two years older than in the show*
