"It's not surprising." Hope folded up some clothes and set them into her bag

"It's still shocking." Hiccup shot back

"I'm not saying it isn't! But, for that particular God to be our father it's not that surprising. I mean, we've been into smithing since we were kids. It always fascinated us."

"Yeah, now looking at it all the signs were there." Hiccup grabbed something off of a desk

"And now we're being recruited into this camp for other God kids. Other half-bloods." Hope zipped up her bag

"I know. I wonder who we would get to meet there."

"I don't have a clue. Let's head out."

Hiccup and Hope, with bags in hand, headed out the door to their new life.

"This place is crazy!" Hope was feet ahead of Hiccup

"I know. How is it this big and there have been zero news articles?" Hiccup looked side to side

"It's so pretty too. Look at all the stuff we could do here!"

"Hey! You must be the new kids." A chubby blonde kid in an orange tee-shirt walked up to the twins

"We are." Hiccup nodded

"Well, I'm Finn but you can call me Fishlegs. I am a tour guide for new kids here at Camp Half-Blood."

"Nice to meet you, Finn. I'm Hope, and this is my brother Hiccup."

"It's good to meet you both. Now, I need to know your God parent before getting you into one of our cabins."

"Hephaestus. God of smithing." Hiccup stated

"Oh! Perfect! Well, I will have to separate you both just for the rule of girls and boys. But, Hiccup I can show you to your cabin then I can show Hope."

"Sounds great." Hope nodded and followed Fishlegs

"May I ask who your God parent is?" Hiccup asked

"Oh, I am the son of Volstagg." Fishlegs answered, "Oh, and we also need shirt sizes so you can get a camp shirt as well."

"Both of us are a medium." Hope replied

"Perfect! I can get that sorted out for you."

"Here's the cabin you will be staying at Hiccup." Fishlegs stopped

"Well, I'll catch you around Hiccup." Hope nudged him

"Yeah. Thanks for showing us to our cabins Fishlegs. I'll see you around too Hope."

Hiccup pushed open the door to his designated cabin. The inside seemed empty.

"Uh... Hello?" He closed the door behind him

Crashing noises sounded before someone walked out "Oh, hey. Fellas we got a new kid!" He shouted as he walked up to Hiccup "I'm Dagur."

Hiccup shook his hand "Hiccup."

"So, what brings you here to Camp Half-Blood? Terrible accident reveal your powers or your parent?"

"Uh... I just found out that my father is Hephaestus."

"Smithing kid." Dagur clapped Hiccup's back "I'm an Ares myself. Which means that we might be related. Isn't that cool?"

"Uh, yeah... Kinda."
