Don't want to let you down - mikaelsons - part 2

Once we step outside the tears start streaming and before I can speak he grabs my hands and speaks 

"Y/n, can i speak first?" He says and I nod 

"You are not the worst fiancée ever, you are far from that. You are the women I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. I knew what I signed up for when I started dating you and that has not changed. If you think about it this shows how strong our love for each other is" he says and I nod and smile 

"yeah haha" I say and he wipes my tear

"you are the smarted women I know, so I knew you will be safe and will not let anything stop you between you and your target" he says and I nod

"I love you" i say kissing him and not pulling away. After around 5 minutes we pull apart 

"I love you too" he says and i take his hand and we head inside. 

That was 6 months ago...

Since then we have caught the target, around two months ago, since then we have been interrogating him trying to find answers. We want to find out his plans before taking him back to America so we aren't leading ourselves into any traps. I have been on facetime to the Mikaelsons every night, just catching up and keeping them updated on my wellbeing. We were also very productive in the wedding planning. We have a guest list, a band, the catering company, and have decided on which designer we want for the suits and dresses. Booked cake tasing, venue and band viewing. I asked Bekah to be my maid of honour, Nik asked Elijah to be his best man, I have also asked Kol to give me away. Everything else will wait until I am back.

When we caught the target one of his goons managed to slight me up pretty bad so I had to get 10 stitches across my stomach, 7 on my left arm, 5 in my right thigh and three in my cheek. When I told them this. 

Nik smashed the glass table in the lounge, Kol punches 5 whole in the wall, Bekah walked away in anger and Elijah tried to calm them down. Kol threatened to come and kill whoever it was but I managed to calm them down and tell them i was safe. Nik wanted to speak to my bodyguard but I told him to not bother. 

Current time...

Me and two of my fellow agents were sitting in the lounge on a break just chilling when our boss walks in 

"any updates boss?" one of them asks and he sighs 

"he has finally spoken" he says then we all stand up

"well that is good news then what did" an agents says then he says 

"he says he wants to talk to you Y/l/n" he says and I look at him shocked 

"me?" I ask and he nods

"only you" he says and I nod 

"ok then" I say and I walk over to him and walk to his cell. 

Once we reach the door, I was about to be let in when my boss grabs my hand 

"he's very manipulative, be careful" he says and I nod "if you need anything don't hesitate" he says and I nod. The guards let me in and the doors open to reveal one chair in front on the bars. I walk over and see him sitting there with his hands and ankles in cuffs

"hello agent y/l/n" he says and I look at him

"yo know my name?" I ask and he nods

"I know many things" he says "please sit" he says and i sit down

"why did you only want to talk to me?" I ask and he smiles 

"because i am fed up looking at the same faces everyday, they are not interesting to look at. And since it will take me a long time to tell you all my deepest darkest secrets. Why not have it be a pretty face I look at hmmm? Can you blame a man" he says smirking and I fell sick to my stomach 

"ok fine, tell us what we what we want to know" I say firmly and he laughs 

"fiesty, I like it" he says 

"NOW" I say and he looks taken aback 

"woah gorgeous. Calm!. I will" he says.

That was two months ago...

Yes two months, that's how long it took for him to tell us everything we wanted to know. I spoke to him every day, which Nik wasn't happy with. But alas, we are finished.

Our mission is complete. 

PRESENT TIME

I have been back home for two weeks and could not be happier. Everyone on the mission have been given three months payed holiday because of the gravity of the mission. So I have been using this time to spend with my fiancé, for the first week me and Nik stayed in bed because I wanted to be with just him for a bit. Then I saw the others.

We have now decided on a venue, band and sent out the rsvp's. A few people have got back to us already but we aren't in any rush. 

Me, Kol and Bekah were sitting in the lounge talking about how bad season 8 of Game of thrones was when Nik and Elijah came in 

"we are going to have a family meal tonight, me and Niklaus are cooking" Elijah says 

"what's the occasion, who has the higher body count?(in this case it's corpses) " Kol says causing Nik to flip him off

"No Nicholas" Elijah says making us all laugh, Kol despises being called that "it's a celebration of family, Niklaus and Y/n are successfully planning their wedding, Y/n is safe home form her mission. What is not to celebrate?" he says and I smile

"sounds great" I say and Bekah nods 

"let's go get ready" she says grabbing my left arming and yanking. I groan in pain

"hey watch the stitches" I say and Nik runs over to inspect 

"you ok love?" he says and I nod

"yeah, it's fine still a little sore that's all" I say and i grab her hand

"let's go" I say as we walk upstairs

Later that evening...

We were all enjoying the meal, drinking wine and reminiscing when Bekah grabs her glass holding it up

"I would like to make a toast to us sitting at this table, our family" she says grabbing my hand and we all raise our glass

"always and forever" she says
