I could tell that he was being honest and he would be a good ally to lucian and he would be able to contain peace in hell when lucian has business so I decided to help him
"unfortunately the king is ill and he will not see anyone till he finds his mate so I would gladly send the word to him" I said, he looked deep in thought and then nodded
"but we have to make you enjoy your final weeks so forget about that okay"
I could tell he had gone through a lot since Lucifer was his mate and he was rejected so I knew he would understand me so I needed to save his heart before it was too late, plus he would love his second chance mate cause I saw the bond forming, the goddess was making a young boy named Luke, who was an omega, the demons mate and I knew that Luke would be treated well as much as Max would be treated lovingly by Luke
"my name is Sammy" I said
"Max" he replied and I nodded
"so lets get you to somewhere warm" I replied and I helped him up and we walked to a cabin that I made 5 years ago, it had everything you would need and use in a small getaway house.
I laid him on the couch and I went to get the first aid kit I come back and I start cleaning his wound "what were you hit by" I asked
"he cut me with his scythe" Max responded
"can you heal" I asked even if I knew the answer
"yes it will take time for me to remove the curses but what's the point if I will die" I heard the pain in his voice but i told him not to give up
"you never know who can help you, remember not everyone has a heart of stone"
"yeah I know but what's the point, I'm dying anyways" he said
"okay let have fun and forget about your pain." he agreed and I made us food from that day we bonded and became as close in a space of 2 weeks

Max's POV
Sammy was laughing so hard at the moment
I had tried cooking sammy breakfast and tried making the pancakes into animal shapes and sammy laughed and said
"lemme just say I never knew elephants had such long necks "he giggled, he's laugh was so calming and mesmerizing
"I tried okay, you know I cant cook" I pouted
"aw im sorry maxy waxy, they taste better than they look though" he said laughing
immediately I fell on the floor screaming when an powerful feeling coursed through me and i felt as though I was stabbed right on my chest and I realized it was the curse
"its time" I said
"thank you Sammy, you've been the best person in my life, I hope you find the happiness you truly deserve and greet micah for me will you, he sounds like an amazing person and so do the rest of them, dont forget to tell them what I told you " a tear rolled down my face and it was time as I looked at him, truly this man had made a difference in my life, he became my brother the moment I met him and I would miss him
"you can tell them yourself" he said with a faint smile
"what do you mean" I screamed in pain, I was seriously in immense pain
"I hereby release you from your curse Maximus Malivore" immediately a powerful aura flowed through the whole room just enough to heal me instantly feeling the curse lift off
I stood up and gasped
Where I saw Sammy standing looking completely beautiful yet powerful. he was now wearing a tight blue suit that fit his body perfectly, his hair was black with gold streaks, royal mantle sweeping the floor of the ground with the crest of the prime-flame pack shimmering on his belt and hi crown, designed in powerful stones that resembled each power he possessed all in different colors. his whole being screamed power and I had to bow down I felt the curse had been lifted and soon sammy changed back to his human form
I was stunned
"you, you're a, you're a prime wolf" I said in awe
"yes my father was the prime king " he replied and I fell on my knees in my true form
"forgive me for my insolence your majesty" I said and he groaned
"maxy get up" he said and I was excited that I was best friends with the prime king himself, this war is definitely falling in our favor, Lucifer will not live when the prime king is not pleased with him
"you should never bow to me cause I am your brother blood or not" I then realized I couldn't breath cause of his aura and now I can, he blessed me as his family so his aura doesnt affect me
i jumper on him and we fell to the ground and I hugged him as strongly as i could with tears in my eyes
"thank you sam, I love you so much" and I meant it, cause my parents taught me never to use such a word unless I mean it and I did and he was laughing
"I like you to" he said and we got up with smiles on our faces
"do not tell anyone about my identity for it is not yet time for the goddess said it is not yet time for me to reveal myself and micah is an angel too but he is a blessed angel so his powers equal that of a king sort of like an angel king but he is stronger cause even God himself blessed us when we rescued the angels of life from lucifer when he tried to resurrect an army to destroy Gods creation" I gasped, not many people get to be blessed by God himself, he will surely be the most powerful being to walk the earth along with his friend micah who im dying to meet
"now lets go because we have to see the king and PS I lied, I am the kings mate, he rejected me not some other girl like I said" I immediately hated the alpha king and wished he would die, who could hate such an innocent and pure being
"dont get any ideas max, I wont forgive you if you kill him" oh he can read minds
'no we can mind link cause were family and yes I can read minds and I will allow you to taunt him once if it makes you happy' he said startling me in our mind link but I pushed that aside when i had a plan on how to torture the king
"well shall we go and see the king my dear boyfriend" I snickered evilly
"what?" he asked and then he gave me a knowing look to what I was up to and he smiled the same way
"yes we shall my handsome devil" he smirked and we appeared by the gates of the packhouse and all I could think about whilst staring at sammy was
