"i can't forget that"

"okay push yourself now i'm tired" i said and he grabbed my hand and pulled me onto his lap and wrapped his arms around me as i held onto the ropes and he swung his legs back and forth to push us.

"look the sun's coming up!" i said as we watched the sky gradually turn lighter and we heard the birds start tweeting.

"imagine being a bird" mattia said and i looked at him and he laughed.

"what? i think it would be fun" he said.

"i'd want to be a kitten" i said.

"kittens are funny, they're so clueless"

"and cute" i said and he nodded.

"are you cold?" he asked, because i was just wearing a tshirt.

"a little" 

"here" he said , pulling off his hoodie and i let go of the sides of the swings and put it on.

"thank you" i smiled and he turned my head so he could kiss me.

we stayed on the swing for a little longer until the sun was fully up.

"we should get home" i said , looking at the time.

"let's go" he said and i nodded. we threw out rubbish away got back into the car and drove home. 

we silently crept back into the house and we were taking our shoes off when suddenly we heard a cough from behind us and we almost shat ourselves. we turned around and saw mattia's dad looking at us.

"where were you two?" he asked.

"we went for a drive because we couldn't sleep" mattia said.

"you know you shouldn't be out in the middle of the night guys" he said but he wasn't mad.

"we know , i'm sorry" mattia said and i nodded.

"well i was hoping to see you anyway to say goodbye before i left for work" he said and gave us a hug.

"make sure you stay focused on your work! and don't forget to call us and let us know how you are" he said and me and mattia smiled at him and nodded. we said goodbye to him and he left for work and me and mattia went back to our and got into bed.

"mm i'm tired now" mattia said as he stretched and i pulled the covers over us and snuggled into his chest. we fell asleep pretty quickly. 

"WAKEEEEEEE UPPPPPPPPP" jem shouted , jumping onto me.

"ughh" mattia groaned.

"you guyssss we're leaving in a few hours" she said.

"hmm i'm tired" i said , rubbing my eyes.

"me too" mattia said pulling me closer to him so jem fell off me.

"asshole" jem sighed.

"i'm sorry but i need to cuddle her for as long as i can" mattia mumbled and me and jem smiled at each other.

"okay fine" she said and sat on the other side of me.

"what time are we gonna leave?" i asked her.

"if we leave at 4 , we should be there by 6 so we have the evening to settle in" she said and i nodded.

"i think i'm leaving at 3 because i gotta pick up noen and halia" mattia said.

"is des gonna meet you there" jem asked.

"yeah she lives close to it" he said and we nodded.

we sat and talked with each other for a little while until we had to finish off the last bits of packing , like toothbrushes and face stuff.
