I rolled my eyes as I try to pull Simon out of the bed.
"Kailangan pa natin ihatid si Sera sa school." Dagdag ko pa.
He's too heavy na kahit nagamit ko na yong buong lakas ko ay halos hindi naman siya gumalaw.
It's 6:30 a.m. New York time. Day 89 since we got married here in New York. Finally we decided to stay here.
Nandito na din naman kasi talaga ang trabaho ko and transfer his work here for good. We can occasionally go home sa Philippines kapag may importanteng okasyon or kung kailangan talaga.
We're able to revive my parents business and those are taking cared by Si. He much know the field than I do and I trust my husband in this matter. What's mine, is his.
"Simon! Aren't you getting up?" I scowled again. Kasi hindi talaga siya gumagalaw.
I don't know kung anong oras ito natulog kagabi. Nauna na ako since he told me that may nirerevise pa siyang file and i can't stay up really late. I need to get enough sleep, lalo na ngayon.
"5 more minutes, Love." His bedroom voice filled the room.
"Fine!" I said finally giving up.
I went downstairs to check our breakfast. Sera is already awake ng tiningnan ko kanina. Tinutulungan na lang mag-ayos ng Nanny niya.
When I finally settle our breakfast I went upstairs again to get back with Simon. I hope his awake now. Malelate talaga kami kapag hindi pa siya gising.
On my way up. Nakasalubong ko ang anak na nakabihis na at dala ang maliit na school bag. Nakahawak ito sa kamay ng Nanny niya habang pababa ng hagdan.
"Good Morning, Mommy!" she greeted.
I can't help but to smile as I saw her. My ball of sunshine.
"Good Morning, Baby. Go downstairs na and wait for us, we will have breakfast together." I said to her.
Tumango siya at tuluyan ng bumaba ng hagdan. I went to our room and saw the empty bed. I can hear the water splash from our bathroom.
He's finally moving. I went to our closet at pumili ng susuotin niya doon. I look at his few long sleeves nan aka hanger. Konti lang ang damit niya and he don't mind buying from time to time kasi daw hindi naman iyon halata.
It's not okay for me though, I'm a designer pero kukonti lang damit ng asawa ko. I always tell Simon na lumabas kami at mamili ng damit niya but he refuse it. He says he's okay with his stuff and I shouldn't think about them daw that much.
I'm almost done when he got out from the shower. Nakatapis ang tuwalya sa bewang niya habang pinapatuyo ang buhok gamit ang isang pang tuwalya.
I didn't mind him. Instead, nagpatuloy ako sa pagpili ng susuotin niya. Now, I'm choosing his cufflings.
He got a few pieces pero puro signature brand naman iyon.
Halos mapatalon ako when he slowly sneak his arms around my waist, already hugging me from the back.
"My outfit won't be complete if my wife won't choose it for me." He whispered and slightly kiss my ears.
"Si!" saway ko sa kanya. "Ang gaga pa. Sera is already waiting for us."
"Tsk! Hindi ako naka score kagabi! Natulog ka ka –
"Excuse me!" I can feel my cheeks burning.
He turned me to face him and now we're so close to each other.
I know, ilang buwan na din kaming kasal and being this close to him is not new to me. We did something more than this. But, everytime we're this close. I can still feel the butterflies in my stomach. He still got that effect on me kahit na kasal na din naman kami and I already know he's mine already. Only mine.
I push him and nagtagumpay naman akong makawala sa kanya. I run away but he was able to caught me. He pin me down on our bed.
I can't contain myself since I'm still catching my breathe.
He's looking at me directly, hindi ko alam kung tatawa ba ako or ano.
I don't know when is the exact time or day na dapat ko sabihin ko sa kanya but, I've been planning to tell him anytime soon. Naghahanap lang talaga ako ng tyemp –
"You have something to tell me?" He asked and immediately stole a kiss from my lips
I press it and look at him confusedly.
Does he know already? Hindi na surprise yun.
"I have nothing to tell yo –
Nanlaki ang mata ko ng pinakita niya mula sa likuran ang dapat ay supresa ko sa kanya.
"Where did find that?" I asked like an idiot kasi sa pagkakaalam ko tinago koi yon ng mabuti.
"I have my ways Sapph, but you didn't fail to surprise me."
His eyes are full of happiness.
"Yes Si, your going to be a father, again."
