"Hmm" Avni flicked her eyes as she felt someone creasing her hairs

"Aamm" she moaned looking at Manik not liking he was breaking her sleep

"Dad is leaving for Surat Kiddo" she heard her mothers voice, maybe she was standing at the door. Avni opened her arms and got up hugging Manik

"Come soon" she said in her sleepy voice

"Go back to sleep" Manik said kissing her crown and then tucking her back in her bed

Nandini smiled seeing them. Manik put the blanket on her and got up. Nandini smiled at him leaning at the door frame his bag stood besides her. He walked to her as she side hugged him putting her hand around his waist as he did same and held his bag in other as the walked out of the room

"I'll be back in two days" he said

"Hmm" she replied

"Take care of yourself" he said

"Hmm" she replied

They were now descending the stairs

"Don't skip your meals ok" he said

"Hmm" she replied

"Call me when you are free" he said

"Hmm" she replied

Now they were walking in the parking. A butler rushed and took his bag to keep in the trunk

"I love you" he said as they reached his car, the driver already waiting inside

"Don't hmm as a reply" he added making her giggle

"I love you too" she said and pecked his lips quickly making him go red

"Go and sleep ok?" he said kissing her forehead and she nodded her head in a yes

He got in the car and she waved him bye

"Go back in" he said lowering the window pointing at the elevator which will take her to the living area

"You go first" she said and he shook his head. He asked the driver to start the car. As he left Nandini waved him bye again, then saw the car leave the parking and made way to the elevator

"Avni! Get up baba!" Nandini tried to wake her up

"No it's Sunday" Avni turned away pulling her blanket over her head

"Yes it's Sunday that is why wake up" Nandini pulled her blanket away

"This is torture" she goaned sitting straight

"Move up lazy girl and get ready" Nandini said walking out seeing ger up

"Kyu?" she asked rubbing her eyes

"Avni is going to have a day out with her Mom" Nandini announced to see her face go light aa a bulb

"I'll get ready" she said running to the bathroom

"But I want grey one why do you have to take pink... I don't want pink" Avni whined singing the sentence in a puppy voice

"Like Manik you are why do you like Greys and blues and magnetas and greens and whites" Nandini said annoyed

"Because they are classy unlike your taste Nandini" Avni spoke and Nandini glared at her
