Neyonika had rushed home from one of her meetings when she had received Raj's call. Without thinking twice she had ran to Avni's room only to find Raj sitting besides a sleeping Avni on her bed.
"How bad was it?" she asked taking a sit besides him
"Very" Raj answered
"Not just for her but for Manik too" he added
"How is Manik?" she asked as Raj side hugged her
"Fainted" he answered
"Doctor aaye the, checked him, they are waiting for him to wake up" he added making Neyonika breath relief
"She wants to go back" Raj said creasing Avni's hairs
"But Raj..." Neyonika started
"I will try to make her stay atleast till Nandini is back" Raj said giving and assured look to her
"But kya woh rukegi?" Neyonika asked
"Humare liye rukegi Neyo" he said
"I hope yeh jo hum chance generate kar rahe ho usse Manik aur Nandini acche se use kare aur apni family ko bacha le" Neyonika said looking at Avni

She blinked a few times and opend her eyes to see her Dadu and Dadi seating near her
"Hey" she said in a gorggy voice
"Hi baby" Neyonika said creasing her face as she sat up
"Dadi" Avni wiped Neyonika's tears a as Neyonika held her plams
"I am sorry" she said kissing Avni's plams
"Hey Dadi it's not your fault" Avni said hugging her
"Don't cry na" she added and broke the hug
"And you know what I decided something" Raj said
"You were here to see Mumbai right?" he added excitedly
"So now we are planning to take you around the city for next week" he told her the plan
"But Dadu...."
"Come on baby girl aap yaha vacation par ayi ho right? Why should that be spoiled" Raj asked her
"Par I want to go home" Avni said looking down
"You can after this week" Raj said as she looked at him
"And I remember you asking me to visit Xeviers', don't you want to go there to pursue Events?" Neyonika asked
"I wanted to" Avni said in a small voice
"Then why are you changing your plans?" Neyonika asked
"It's just I don't want to stay here. This is not my home" she answered
"Bullshit! It's your home" Raj said agitated
"Avi" Neyonika called her name softly
"Did we raised you this week?" this made Avni look at her
"No Dadi" she replied instantly
"Then why are you running away?" Neyonika asked
"Because I have seen his eyes Dadi, they have so much pain when he looks at me. I don't know what I deserve to get that painful look but I can't stand it" she said almost in a whisper
"It wasn't your fault baccha" Neyonika said a sob leaving her mouth
"I don't think he thinks the same" Avni countered
