Clarity looked around but there was no one else there. She looked to her friends and she received silent shrugs.

"Zari Tomaz?" Sara called to the dark haired woman who had just gotten through packing herself a bag. The woman, Zari, turned to face the group of five.

"Hello," Clarity waved with a smile a few sparks flying from her fingers as she waggled them. "We're here to save your life."

"So come with us if you want to live." Nate put his hands on his hips using his hero voice.

"Yeah, I used that one once." Ray smiled.

"Ugh, don't talk like that." Clarity protested. "You still want me to teach you? Lesson one. Never talk like that. Your trying too hard. Plus you sound fake. Did you learn nothing heroing in central?" She turned from Nate to Zari. "Sorry, don't mind him. He's still kind of new to this for some reason. Probably my fault cause I never trained him but I'm gonna work on that."

"Woah, wait you are?" Nate turned to her mouth dropped. "Really? You're serious?"

"Mhm." Clarity hummed. "How does tomorrow sound? Bright and early? Me and you?"

"Yeah, yes that's perfect. I am there." Nate agreed looking like a kid on Christmas.

"Come on," Mick waved a hand at Zari. "Let's get out of here."

"Yeah, I don't know who you really are or what you're even doing, especially you two morons, I mean what are you thinking walking around looking like...." She trailed off into a small laugh gesturing to Sara and Clarity before she stopped abruptly. "but you're gonna lead A.R.G.U.S. right here." Zari complained.

"What? What's wrong with the way I look?" Clarity frowned in confusion.

"Nothing." Sara protested. "We look hot. No idea what she's talking about. She must be jealous of our blue eyes."

"Yeah, no I'm perfectly happy with my own thanks." She pointed to Clarity. "I'll give you props on getting the right eye color. Spot on, but stupid, A.R.G.U.S. has an algorithm set to ping whenever it catches that exact shade of blue. Those sparks? You might as well have just screamed here I am come arrest me."

"That's a weird thing for Argus to have." Clarity frowned.

"Yeah, well not the weirdest thing I've seen today." Zari looked at Clarity taking a step away from her. "I'm gonna get clear of you guys. You're clearly bad news."

"No, don't worry." Ray protested. "We can protect you."

"Who's gonna protect you?" Zari countered as an Argus drone flew in.

"I am." Clarity replied lightning crackling in her eyes. Except nothing happened to the drone. "What the hell?"

"Argus tech is immune to meta powers idiot." Zari told her. "They built power dampeners into the circuitry specifically to deal with electric meta's interference. Well, one electric meta in particular but you clearly don't have her skill."

"They're not that immune apparently." Clarity replied after the drone blew up. Clarity having taken hold of the electrical energy within the drone and slammed it to the floor. "How's that for skill?"

"Wow great job. Killed the recon drone. Now there are more and they've got you on vandalism, associating with a fugitive. Resisting arrest...Agents are about to be on all your asses and that trick you just did won't work twice. They adapt."

"This is A.R.G.U.S." The drone on the left zero'd in on the legends. "Nathaniel Heywood, Raymond Palmer, and Mick Rory, you are listed in the Meta-human Registry as missing. Surrender for updating of files and 20 year incarceration period for non registering offense. You will be prosecuted under the full extent of martial law."
