"Mama!" She jumped at the sound of Lance's voice "Ay mijo, don't make me jump like that" "Sorry, I need flowers" "What kind and what for?" "A mix of freesias and yarrows, they're for a friend" Quick a/n: I almost named the fanfic freesias and yarrows. "Ok ok, wait a minute" Lance watched as she made the small bouquet. "They look wonderful mama!" "Thank you, now go make that girl happy" He headed to the door and looked behind before leaving, "Don't worry, I'll make him happy" His mother emailed and waved at him.
He opened the door to the café, luckily, Keith was working. He slowly walked towards the boy, holding his flowers behind his back. His heart was pounding but he didn't know why. Each time he saw Keith, he couldn't help but smile and stare. His eyes met with the other's violet eyes and continued walking towards him. He soon realized he was at the counter and right In front of Keith "What do you want?" He looked at him for a second "What are you holding behind your back?" Keith couldn't help but chuckle. Lance froze

The subtle dimples on his cheeks and the way his eyes closed whenever he smiled just wanted to make Lance look at him for eternity. "Lance?" He snapped out of it and smiled at Keith, still holding the bouquet behind his back "I wanted to say sorry for yesterday" "Hey it's ok, I overreacted" "Well I still shouldn't have. I got this for you..." He got the flowers from behind him and gave them to him.
"Oh" he looked surprised but as he took them in hand, he smiled widely. "Thank you Lance" he looked at him and smiled even more. Lance looked down as he was blushing. Before he knew it, Keith was holding him in a tight hug. He was a bit surprised but quickly hugged back.
