Chapter 19:

After that night, Ashton and I became official. I really loved him, and he really loved me. Calum didn't seem to care that we were together, which I was a little annoyed with, but I got over it. How could he ever treat someone like that? Whatever. It doesn't matter now. All that matters is that I'm with Ashton. And he really cares.

The tour flew by. We traveled all the way around the world and visited different places. It was amazing, and what made it complete was being with Ashton. Just the whole experience was awesome, too.

We finally arrived back in Sydney, where I would spend one final night at Luke's house. The next morning, I had to catch a 9:00 flight. Ashton said he would drive me to the airport. I was going to miss these guys. I was also going to miss Audrey. I had become very close with her after a few days of her being on tour with us. But anyway, a thought crossed over me as I laid in bed in the small purple bedroom in Luke's house. Why did I let myself fall for Ashton, when I was just going to have to leave? I guess when you really love someone, you do everything you can to cherish the little time you have with them. I just wish that Ashton and I could have what Audrey and Luke have. They had been apart for a long time, but they were still together like they had never left each other's side. Hopefully i can see Ashton again someday. Someday.

I woke up to the bedroom door slowly opening. I looked and saw Ashton standing there. He had a small smile on his face. I just looked at him for a second.

"Oh, sorry I forgot to knock. At least your not changing." He said as a smile lit up his face.
I began to laugh.

"It's fine." I replied.

"Well, we have to head out in a little bit to get you to the airport. It's 6:30 right now. You should probably start getting ready." He said as he walked over to the bed.

I looked up at him and stared into his eyes. I took in a deep breath.

"I'm really gonna miss you, Ash." I said trying to hold back tears.

He paused and took in a deep breath, also.

"I'm gonna miss you too." He said as he pulled he into a hug. I held him tight and forced my eyes to hold the tears until the airport.

I rode to the airport with Ashton in his car. When we arrived at the airport, he got out and helped me all the way until I had to board the plane.

We stood In front of a long hallway that lead to the plane. I had my carry on bag over my shoulder with a pillow. Ashton stood in front of me and held my hands.

"I know we are going to be very far away from each other, but I just want you to know that I will never ever forget you, Presley." He said staring into my eyes.

"Please don't get all mushy on me." I said smiling.
"But I still love you. A lot." I said as I brought him into a hug.
He hugged me tight and we stayed that way from probably thirty seconds. He rubbed my back and released me from his arms. By that time, I had tears in my eyes. And I was letting them run free. Then I realized something. Something that broke my heart. Ashton Fletcher Irwin had tears in his beautiful eyes, too.

He grabbed my waist and pulled me towards him. I dropped my carry on bag and held his face as he brought me into a kiss. In that moment I realized that I would never find anyone better than him. Nobody as loving and trustworthy as him. Our lips parted and I stepped back to pick up my bag.
"I love you, Ashton Irwin." I said before turning around.

"I love you too, PresleyPlays1996." He said. A smile lit up his face at the same time as me. I let out a small laugh and began to walk down that long hallway. This was it. I would probably never see him ever again. I turned back to look at him. He stood there with his unforgettable ruffled hair and bandana. Tears welled up in his eyes.
I waved to him, and he waved back.

I turned back around and kept walking. Because if I looked back again, I would probably miss my flight. I boarded the plane found my seat.

A few minutes later, the plane took off.
I had just had the best experience of a lifetime. No, not because I got to hang out with a world famous band. It's because I found something more incredible than that.
