Part 18: Truth

Dahyun and Mingyu are already at their office even though their work just begin in the next 1 hour. They agree to meet earlier to discuss the 'investigation' yesterday.

"Oppa, i'm hundred percent sure he is gay. You saw the photo i send right?" Said Dahyun

"What I have to do dahyunnie.. I'm straight, I'm afraid that he likes me. Arrrghh" Mingyu frustated, he ruffled his hair 

"Oppa, i think he started to like you right after you saved him from the wooden block." Said Dahyun

"It can be! Oh, he must think that I am his hero..." Mingyu face is so sad now

"Thing that I can suggest you is you have to be honest to him, said what your trully feelings oppa. Before it's to late! You can't avoid him all the time, we are co-worker.." the female suggested.

"Avoid who?" said someone in flat tone. 

Dahyun and Mingyu jump from their sit. They're so shocked that the one who being talked about is get in the conversation.

"Wh- why you already here kook?" asked mingyu, with shake voice

"I can't sleep till morning, so I preapared early" Jungkook said after he sat on his chair.

Jungkook didn't lie, last night he couldn't sleep even for a bit. He was busy figuring out what happened to him. He spend his time surfing the internet to looking some beautiful girl photos, but none of them give him an impact like Dahyun's selca. He's wondering why he's so excited after seeing dahyun that his too much excited got his nose bleeding. 

"You alright? you sure you're not sick?" the young lady ask the one who has dark circle eyebag.

"I'm ok. So who you talking about, who you gonna avoid?" Jungkook ask again

Mingyu and dahyun sharing glance. Dahyun's sharp eyes focus on mingyu's as if she assured him to tell jungkook the truth. But Mingyu just shaking his head repeatly. Then Dahyun made her decision.

"Jungkook, we talking about you." Dahyun said to Jungkook after she sighed.

"Why? Why you planning to avoid me?" The handsome man confused, in his little deep heart he felt hurt that dahyun will avoid him

"Not me, but Mingyu" Dahyun said. It makes Jungkook frowned his eyebrow and facing the tallest.

Mingyu sighing hard then he say "kookie-a I know you like me, I appreciate that. But I'm sorry, I'm not like you. I'm straight. I can't feedback your feelings. So, please for now on treat me just like other co-worker. Treat me only just as friend. Sibling can be too, but please not as a crush"

Hasn't been gone all his confused regarding his feeling last night, now he got more from his co-worker statement. 

"What? Do you think I'm gay? Do you think I like you?" Jungkook unbelieved

"Kook, it's okay. Being gay is not a sin. I have many gay friends too. And I support them. But you should like someone who can give nice feedback to you, not Mingyu." Dahyun said carefully

Jungkook laughing so hard, he just doesn't know how to react at his co-workers but laugh.

"Why you laugh?" Mingyu now is the one who confused.

Hardly stopping his laugh, Jungkook answer "What makes you guys conclude something funny like that? Even I'm just figuring about my heart this morning"

"So you didn't like me? You really didn't like me in that way? But those many things.. The fact you hates woman, the corn thing, the kiss, how you ask me to go shopping..." Mingyu said disbelieved

"I have explanation for that, I just realize it last night but I'm not ready to tell you now. But the sure thing, all of them not because I like you gyu-a" Jungkook said, then he laugh again.

Mingyu is so shy right now. He glance at dahyun and asking for help.

"Then can you explain this?" Dahyun showing her phone to Jungkook

"Why you hugging Mr.Kim Seok Jin? You're not in clothes too!" Dahyun asked

"Hey! Where do you get this?! Listen, he is not Mr.Kim. It's my cousin, this photo taken when i was drunk. But I must say that he and Mr.Kim is look a like" jungkook said.

"Really?" Dahyun started to embarrased by herself.

"Woah, you called yourself detective guys? HAHAHAHA... I think this is the funniest thing happend in my life" Jungkook laughing hard

"I can't believe you! Kook, it's okay to admited that youre gay really. Gay is not something to be hided these day" Dahyun presistent on herself conclusion.

"Dahyunnie, I think Jungkook is not lying" Mingyu said again.

"Then, why you can't explain about everything mingyu mentioned before? Your kiss at the lottery event and etc" Dahyun said.

"You really want me to explain it now?" Jungkook ask her and she just nodding.

"Then, don't mad at me when something happened to your heart" said Jungkook before he got up from his sit.

He walking toward dahyun's chair. His footsteps looks so confident. He stop beside dahyun's then turning her chair so that she facing him. He place one of his hand on Dahyun's chair and the other on Dahyun's desk, then he leaning down. All his gaze is focus on her. All happened so fast that dahyun feels she even don't have time to blink untill she felt his lips on her. 

Mingyu so shocked, he doesn't know what to do and what kind of feeling he felt right now  seeing his co-workers. A view that he can see from his seat right now is Jungkook closing his eyes while sticking his lips on Dahyun's. And Dahyun just froze with eyes wide open.
