"So, how did it turn out?" I ask curiously.
My 'husband' turns to face me.
"They both died." He laughs. "Pathetic isn't it? Now we will have to find someone else to eliminate them..."
"But, we can't just sacrifice our fellow demons lives like this-"
"Rosemary's safety is our top priority right now!"
I lower my eyes and look down at my feet. Rosemary....
"If she dies you will have to produce another child."
He walks over to me and lifts up my face so that I am looking him in the eyes.
"That would be fun for me, but pure hell for you." He smirks.
My eyes widen in fear and I pull out of his grasp.
"You have no right to do this to me!" I scream
"Of course I do! I saved you!" He snarls.
"I don't give a damn! You should have let me disappear!" I yell.
He narrows his eyes at me and turns around.
"Just go check on our daughter." He mumbles and walks away.
"Our daughter?! I didn't want this goddamn child. You raped me!" I practically spat at him.
"That may be so, but you love that child more than anything."
I'm speechless because it's true. I didn't want Rosemary, but I love her more than anything in the world, and I would protect her with my life.
I leave the room silently. He is such a smart-ass. I can't take it!
I will leave this place and Rosemary will come with me!
