It was dark outside from the storm that has yet to pass.
Making the whole school dark due to the lack of sunlight, usually coming from the windows.
She walked in, her white pants now dirty at the bottom due to the mud puddles, and the rest of her soaked from the downpour outside.
She arrived 20 minutes before the bell.
She had one intention, to leave a letter.
To that boy, who has ignored her for her entire life.
She had written it two years ago.
Before he fell apart.
Before his smile became fake.
Before he was broken.
She is giving it to him now because she decided it was time.
She was going to put him back together
She was going to give him a reason to smile.
She was going to fix him.
