Chapter 5: Problems...

ASGORE POV:

Me and Tori stopped watching The Office in agreement that that show is too funny for our own good. Tori gasps and realizes that we forgot to say good morning to Frisk, so me and Tori walk to their room, but Tori stops me. "I-I hear crying." I look at her concerned. "Let me look through the key hole, honey. "She moves to let me through. I see Chara, Frisk, and Asriel all hugging each other tightly. I hear Chara say "Aw t-thanks guys" My heart melts at the sight, and I look up and I see Tori with tears in her eyes. I smile "I think they'll be alright." I tell Tori then I motion her to go back to the couch, I kept looking at the peephole, and I see a shocking sight. Asriel and Chara were kissing! I wasn't mad or disappointed. I actually was happy. Seeing my two of my children so passionate about each other, makes me so incredibly happy. Not to mention the uniqueness of having a monster-human relationship. If this goes public, there's a chance humans and monsters may finally be totally peaceful towards each other. I go back to the couch, with a great smile on my face. "Now what are you so happy about?" Tori asks me. I said "nothing" still beaming. I decide not to tell her until the time is right.

half a year later...

ASRIEL POV: 

It has been quite a while since me and Chara started our relationship. I started working out with Undyne, and I'm not going to lie I'm getting pretty buff! "Heh, not bad kid!" said Undyne as she was bench-pressing what seemed to be what was equivalent to seven children. I don't like bench-pressing that much, push ups, and pull ups are more my specialty. I just did 30 push ups in a row, without breaking a sweat! "Alright, Dreemurr! It's getting late, how about we head home, huh?" she said while wiping her face with a towel. "Actually, I had something else in mind." I put my arm on a table, then motion her to come to the table as well. "Oho! An arm-wrestling match eh? Fine! Bring it punk! I push as hard as I can on her arm. We were both sweating like maniacs, we were both determined to beat the other, I grit my teeth. We both knew this wasn't going to be an easy fight. "NGAHH!" Undyne yelled as she heaved my arm inches away from the table. "J-Just l-let me win!" I say between breaths. I bring my arm back to the middle, then push with every last bit of willpower. Her arm was centimeters away from the table when I felt a tug at my tank-top. "AAH!" I break away from Undyne's arm. "Hah! Thanks Chara! Guess I win again punk!" she lays back in her chair. "Oh c'mon Chara!" I said childishly. "I was so close to beating her that time."She doesn't say anything. She keeps dragging me to somewhere. She lets go of me, and places me from behind a store, before I ask her what we're doing here. She shoves me against a wall, and our lips make contact. No not just our lips, our tongues made contact as well. I am blushing harder than I ever had in my life, except I.. liked it. I kissed back. It was.. sensational to say the least. I forgot how long it's been since we had such a passionate kiss. We break. "I-I-I." I said stuttering. She puts a finger to my mouth. She giggles. "I saw what you were doing in there." She said with lust in her eyes. "Doing 30 push-ups without breaking a sweat, then challenging Undyne." She said. "I just had to have a taste." she said. I just giggle at her stroking her cheek. We were about to make out again, until we heard a voice. "Still going strong huh?" Me and Chara screamed so loud, we wouldn't be surprised if the whole country heard us. Chara runs into my arms like a cartoon character. Sans was wheezing, I was pissed as of the moment. "What the hell, Sans?!" We both ask. He was still wheezing. "I-I *WHEEZE* said Sans rolling on the floor. He gets back up, me and Chara look at him with unbridled anger. "hoo-ohoho!" said sans trying to maintain his composure. "You should have seen the look on your faces!" he said laughing again. Chara slaps Sans across the face. He instantly stops laughing. "It was a joke." he said with the white pupils disappearing from his eyes. "Back off, Chara it's ok." I told her. "Hmph." She said still looking mad. "Anyways as I was saying." he said, as the pupils come back. "You two seem like you're happy. How long's it been... 6 months? Ever since my last encounter with something like this?" he said looking at the two of us. "why are you here Sans." Chara asks calmly. "Well you two do know you're behind Grillby's right?" he says. "oh." we both said. "yeah, actually you know what? Come inside I'll fetch you two something to eat." he walks us through some kind of blue portal and we end up at the front of Grillby's. "Yo Grillb! Fetch us some Grub!" He comes over to us and sits us down at a table. "so what would you three like to eat?" asked Grillby. Sans just stares at him with a smile on his face "You know, Grillbz." he says. "Ugh." He says as I see him write down ketchup. "And you young lady?" he asks Chara. "Oh um, I'll have a burger thanks." she said. Grillbz then looks to me. "And you young prince of the underground?" I look at him wide-eyed. I look around to see people staring at me. "I-is that really him?" I hear someone ask. "n-no way he died years ago!" I hear another. and to my surprise Grillby launches a fireball towards their direction. "Nobody disturbs my customers! Including other customers!" Grillby yells.the two look horrified then started eating frantically. "thanks Grillby." I say to him. "It's mighty fine. Now what do you want to eat?" he says as if nothing happened. "U-uh French Fries I guess." I say. He nods, then goes to prepare the grub. "Well, your relationship has gone through many ups and downs, has it not?" he asks, looking at the two of us. We both nod. "Welp, It's none of my business what those downs may be, but I can guess one of them. You two are uh still trying to find an easy way to tell everybody aren't you?" I look over at Chara and instantaneously knew we were thinking the same thing. Yeah that probably was the greatest concern of our relationship. But I don't exactly feel comfortable talking about our love affairs with Sans. Then as if he read my mind, he says "I know you guys aren't exactly comfortable, sharing your love affairs, but I'll just remind you guys, we're all your friends. And hiding your relationship from them isn't going to make it any better." he said seriously. He was right, they are me and Chara's friends. But still we were scared about how they will react, a monster has never fallen in love with a human before, and vice versa. "Hmph." said Sans looking at the disbelief in our eyes. "If you were to ask me, I would have done it already. I mean I wouldn't know personally because I've never been in a relationship, but if you're scared of your friends being disgusted in you, are they really your friends?" he asks us both. "I-um." said Chara. "I mean whatever you do is up to you. Do you want to tell them, with the risk of them being disgusted, or live in a relationship with everybody, through lies?" he asks us looking as serious as ever. Me and Chara don't know how to respond. "Oh! here comes the grub!" said Sans with a cheerful look on his face. the three of us take the time to eat our food. We all sat in silence for what seemed like 15 minutes. When we all finished, Sans stood up and stretched his bones. "Well, thanks for treating me!" he said jokingly. This was the first time either me or Chara actually thought one of his jokes were funny. "Hehe, well make up your minds, you two, I heard that a good talk helps." said Sans. "Well, see ya I'm goin home." he said as he tells Grillby to put it on his tab. Grillby groans. Then me and Chara start to head home, It was nighttime. "H-he's right you know." I tell Chara. She stays silent. I notice she's been silent the entire dinner. I walk closer to her. "C-Chara?" I look at her concerned. Then all of a sudden she hugs me tightly. She buries her face into my chest. I can hear her crying. "C-Chara I-t's going to be okay." I say as I hug her closer. "I-I'm s-s-scared Azzy.." she says. "I-I d-don't w-want to lose you!" Tears flow into my eyes at the sound of that I look at her and kiss her. "Nothing's going to happen to us." I tell her. I stare into her.. gorgeous Rubie-colored eyes, and reminisce on all the fun times we had as kids, and look at us now. "Chara, I just remembered all the times we played, cooked, and colored when we were little. And guess what, I don't regret a single moment." She starts to cry more but with a little smile. "C-Chara, I am SO glad you took your fall." I kiss her once more. This time I REALLY did not want to let go, and I'm guessing she doesn't either, but we painfully let go, smile at each other, then head back home.
