Karylle was enjoying her peace and quiet in her hotel room after a cool down session ng may kumatok sa room nya. Kagagaling lang nya kasi for a quick run with Angel at Solenn. Tumayo sya sa pagkakaupo sa kama at lumapit sa may pinto. Narinig siguro nung tao sa kabilang side ng pinto yung mga footsteps nya kaya naman nagsalita din ito.
“Karylle?” It was Anne. She knocked quickly for about 6 times.
“Anne?” she answered back at nagtaka sa ano man ang pakay ni Anne sa kanya ng ganon kaaga.
“Do you wanna build a snowman? She said na pakanta ala Anna from the movie Frozen.
This made Karylle smile naman kaya she decided to play along, she cleared her throat.
“Go away Anne.”
“Okay…Bye.” Sabi naman ni Anne na nag kunwaring malungkot.
Karylle then opened her door at binati si Anne with a huge grin and a big bear hug.
“That was fun.”
“I know right?” sabi naman ni Anne at dumiretso papasok sa kwarto ni Karylle.
“Anong maipaglilingkod ko sa’yo, Miss Curtis?”
“I have an hour bago kami umalis for the group date… Tagal na nating hindi nakaka-chika eh, let’s get breakfast and chika?”
Karylle shrugged bago nya sinuot yung dressing gown nya to cover up her pink pj’s, “Let’s go.”
“Namiss kita girl!” Anne wrapped her arm around Karylle’s arm at sabay silang lumabas ng kwarto ni Karylle.
“I’ve missed you too, Anneskie!”

“May problema ka ba Kaye?” Iza asked Kaye na nakaupo opposite nya sa may table. Kanina pa kasi sila nasa dining room at kumakain ng almusal.
“Wala.”
“Sure?”
“Wala.”
“Kaye, you don’t sound okay. Kanina ka pa tahimik...”
“Iza, read my lips. Wala akong problema.”
“Kinakabahan ka ba for this week? You know, since tatlo kayong naglalaban for the date?”
Kaye shrugged, “Oo sige…”
“Could you sound anymore convincing?”
Umiling na lang si Kaye before moving her eyes back down on her food.
“We’ve been here for almost an hour, you complimented the food and commented about the weather… That’s about it.”
“You know what, Iza?” Kaye placed her utensils down at tumayo from the their table, “Aakyat na lang ako, I’m not really in the mood for this interrogation ng ganito kaaga.”
Iza raised her hands as if to say sorry, “I didn’t mean to offend you.”
“Uh huh.” Sabi ni Kaye with her back to Iza na naglalakad palabas ng dining room.
Nakasalubong naman ni Kaye sina Anne at Karylle na papasok, the latter offered a smile pero Kaye just walked passed them like they didn’t know each other.
Anne walked towards the direction of Iza and Kaye’s table, pero tumayo si Iza once makita nya si Karylle. She left the table and smiled at Anne nung nag walk pass sya sa dalawa.
“She hates me.”
“Huh?” dumbfounded na tanong ni Anne.
“Si Iza, girl.”
