His cold gaze drifted into her eyes. Then suddenly, her heart starts to beat fast. It's been years since the last time I saw him and nothings change with the way my heart used to beat whenever he's around.

He's appearance is enough to make my heart paces fast.

Nakita ko ang mga pagbabago sa kanyang mukha. If anything, maturity made him look more manlier compared before.

Every step closer to him, makes me feel more nervous. Yes, I was so excited on coming back here but now its gone. The excitement I felt turned into nervousness. I want to see him so bad but I didn't expect that I'll see him right now.

Pakiramdam ko ay nanlalamig ako habang nakatitig sa kanya. I averted my gaze away from him.

Damn why is he here anyway?

Klea must've told Zarren about me coming back and ofcourse Tyrenn is his friend, he probably told Tyrenn about it, that's why he's here.

But why would he come?

Questions filled my mind. Does he want to see me too? Does he still care?

I don't want to give any meaning but I can't help to hope. Hope that he wants to see me too. That he still care for me after everything that's happen between us. That he still...

Pinilig ko ang ulo ko dahil sa naisip. Nevermind. I don't want to think about it. Baka ay mabigyan ko pa ng kahulugan at umasa pa ako. Kapag nangyari yon masasaktan na naman ako.

I don't want to get hurt anymore. I'm so tired of hurting. The last thing I want right now is to be happy.

No drama.

But I know that pain is always part of our life. We can't just be happy all the time. We also need to feel pain and get hurt to learn a lesson. Pain make us realize some things you can't realize when you're happy.

Tila natauhan naman ako nang siniko ako ni Kai. Naguguluhang tiningnan ko siya.

"If I'm not mistaken, that's Zach Tyrenn Fortez. Your ex--- ay wait wala pala kayong label no?" nanunuksong sabi ni Kai.

"Shut up Kai" I rolled my eyes at him.

"You didn't tell he's going to be here. Ikaw ha!"

"Oh I don't even know. Malay ko bang pupunta siya rito? Tsaka I never expected that he's going to be here"

Nagtatakbong lumapit naman sina Klea at Hannah palapit sa direksyon namin habang ang dalawa naman ay nanatili lang sa kinatatayuan nila.

They both hugged me when they get close to me, we hugged. Goodness, I missed them.

"You're back! Oh my god you're now here. We missed you so much"

"Yeah, I'm glad you're now back here" I can't help to smile.

"I missed you two" I said.

Nang bumitiw na kami sa yakap ay napatingin sila sa likod ko.

"Is that?" tila gulat na sabi ni Klea habang nakatingin kay Kai.

"Yes" hinila ko ang kamay ni Kai para magtabi kami. "This is Kaiden Ferrer, my..." napatingin muna ako sa direksyon ni Tyrenn. Nagulat naman ako nang makitang nakatitig rin siya sa akin ngayon. "My boy friend" I said while I was staring at Tyrenn. Nag iwas naman agad ako ng tingin pagkatapos kong sabihin yon.

Seriously, I didn't know why I said that while I'm staring at him. I just has this urge to say it.

"He's your boyfriend?" malakas ang pagkasabi ni Hannah sa huling salitang binaggit nito, tila awtomatikong napatingin ako sa gawi ni Tyrenn. Hindi nakatakas sa paningin ko pagtiim ng kanyang bagang.
