Hello tis I, your mentor. Before I start, take a few deep breaths and try to relax, If you haven't eaten yet today, go grab a snack and a drink. If anyone hasn't told you this yet today, you are amazing. The fact that you get up out of bed to face the world everyday,is an amazing feat. Keep on fighting and when you feel like giving up, I will be there to pick you up and fight with you. You are not alone.
Some Helpful Ideas on how to Pass:
1. Wear baggy clothes(hides your chest and in my experience makes me appear more masculine)
2. Wear hoodies(in my experience, helps with dysphoria)
3. Binding(NO ACE BANDAGES!!! They will crack and hurt your ribs.)
4. Wear something that makes you feel confident
5. Watch some videos on voice training/passing
6. Try to walk/talk with confidence( if you are confident, people won't question you or, give you the "trying to figure out your gender" look.
